About this house rental
The renovated house classified 3*, located on the first floor of a house divided into two parts (lower part partially occupied by the owners) has an area of 70m² and is located in the quiet area of the Métairie behind Pontaillac, near the lake of the Métairie and its wooded park. A large private garden is at your disposal.
Simplify your life in this peaceful and central accommodation.
The very bright, completely renovated and modernly decorated accommodation includes:
A living room of 28m². The living room area provides a large and very comfortable sofa bed, a coffee table, WIFI and a television. The dining room area has a dining table and six chairs.
The independent kitchen of 10m² is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee makers, toaster, kettle, plancha...).
The corridor leads to the two bedrooms:
The first has a 140 cm bed (double bed)
The second has two 90 beds. Each of the bedrooms has storage (wardrobes).
Finally, the spacious and bright bathroom has a single sink and a bathtub.
The private garden will allow you to sunbathe, deckchairs are available as well as garden furniture.
Available: washing machine, baby equipment, pillows, duvets.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided on request and at an additional cost.
Beach and/or pool towel available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
You can park on the free street.
Smoking is not allowed in the house and pets are not allowed.
---- ATTENTION, any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional 30€ on site. FROM 22:00 to 00:00 the arrival will be charged 50€ extra to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 in the morning.
From 6:00 am to 8:00 am any departure will be charged an additional 30€.

Très jolie appartement avec toutes les commodités. A 5min à pied ou en voiture de la plage et des commerces.Idéal pour une famille ou entre amies.
Je recommande les yeux fermés.
