Open-concept kitchen with an island, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Large living area: dining room and living room. 2 sofa beds, TV
Bedroom with 1 queen-size bed, shower, and separate toilet.
Large enclosed parking area.
Ideal location near the Pontaillac Casino, numerous cafés and restaurants, charming shops, on the Customs Officers’ Trail, and facing the Cordouan Lighthouse.

End-of-stay cleaning fee: 50€
July and August: weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
