Terrain clôturé, top avec un petit chien. Maison bien distribuée, tout le nécessaire dedans. La véranda est très appréciable.
La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas. Une odeur nauséeuse de fosse septique était persistante. Il manque double vitrage à la fenêtre de chambre sur le côté route. Terrain agréable mais qui semble mal entretenu.
