- Pantry with storage for groceries, vacuum cleaner and washing machine
- Living room of 35 m2, bright and overlooking the garden and its terrace of 25 m² facing south-west, garden furniture and pergola to take meals, 3 sunbeds for relaxation...., enclosed garden of 180 m², BBQ
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm) duvet and 2 pillows, 1 dresser
- A bathroom with shower and 1 sink
- A separate toilet
- A garage to store bicycles, boards, etc.
- A private parking space in front of the house
Upstairs:
- Mezzanine living room with corner sofa and sleeping space for 2 people with memory foam mattress, large screen TV (TNT), 1 armchair, 1 coffee table
