About this villa rental
Villa very well equipped, bright, spacious, for holidays with family or friends that can accommodate 12 people.
5 minutes walk from the beach of Nauzan, 10 minutes walk from a supermarket, and 1300 meters from Vaux sur mer and Saint Palaiss.
Kitchen with electric oven, 4 burner gas hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets.
Large veranda with 1 sofa bed 2 people.
In the rental price all linen is included (sheets, pillowcases, bolster covers, towels, napkins, tea towels, napes)
Large enclosed garden (fence, hedges and key-ring barriers) all around the property; equipped with a barbecue, tables, chairs, chairs, relax and umbrella.

Parking cars in 1 driveway of the villa or on the down side of the street (this is a dead end)
Close to Royan, in the west, on the Côte de Beauté (peninsula of Arvert in Saintonge Maritime, between the estuaries of Seudre and Gironde).
This 160 square meter house is located near Nauzan beach, and 2 km from Royan with its large beach called Grande Conche, as well as the famous Pontaillac beach (with the Royan casino). On foot, the Sentier des Douaniers runs along the seaside.
From Friday 01. 02 to Saturday 16. 03 possibility to rent, at least 2 days, between Friday morning and Monday morning.
Rentals from the Easter holidays until the end of September must be from Saturday to Saturday. Possibility of arrival on Sunday or leave on Friday however the rates are for the period from Saturday to Saturday and will not change.

This is our second visit to the villa. It is spacious and in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking. Easy walk to beach, shops, restaurants etc. We will return again.

We spent a week at Villa l'Oustral with 14 adults and it fit perfectly. The house is ideally equipped for groups, with enough wet, bath and cooking space for everyone. The garden is nice and sunny while the house is cool. The location (5mn walking to the beach - 10mn drive to either Royan or StPalais) is just perfect.
