Lovely peaceful converted farmhouse

Lovely old renovated farmhouse on small agriturismo. We stayed in the 3 bedroom house which is downstairs from apartment. Beautiful pool and garden area. Very peaceful. The owner, Francesco, is an excellent host- very friendly and welcoming. He gave us a lot of useful information for places to see locally and even the best places to park. Great location- within an hour’s drive of many interesting places to visit- Cortona, Siena, Assisi, Montepulciano etc.

The bedrooms lead off each other which was fine for us but might not suit everyone- although they do have outside doors so you can use these for access if other people are still asleep. A lot of biting insects but this is to be expected in the Tuscan countryside.

Little paradise in Toscane

Are you looking for a small-scale agriturismo (2 apartments + owners) with shared pool? Close to a nice town (Cortona) with restaurants? In one of the most beautiful parts of Tuscany (and on the border with Umbria) where there is much to visit and beautiful landscapes to admire (Crete Senesi and Val d'Orcia, Pienza, Montepulziano, Lucignano, Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno and much more)? Then you've found it. This agriturismo is easily accessible and very well maintained by the super friendly owners Antonella & Francesco. They provide a warm welcome and I want to thank them for the many good recommendations about the area. And also for the delicious wine, fresh fruit from the garden and marmalade. We had the ground floor, a spacious and cool apartment where everything is available with a nice terrace and view of the pool.

It was a wonderful stay, our host Rossana was simply amazing. She greeted us along with her husband and were ready to welcome us as if this were our home. The house was so spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was great. The pool area was fenced and well manicured, it was such a nice treat for our family to enjoy and everything was nicely lit. We shared a great time with the owner of the home, who were vacationing as well. They treated us with such kindness and hospitality and made sure everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again except for a much longer time.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Der Pool super. Alles ist aufs Beste vorbereitet, so dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Der Vermieter, Paolo, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielen Aktivitäten ein. Ist einer der besten Aufenthalte, die wie je hatten.

Fantastisch verblijf

Het appartement was erg mooi en ruim. We mochten van alle faciliteiten gebruik maken, wanneer wij wilden. Ook die van zichzelf zoals zijn bbq en zijn fietsen. Alles zag er erg verzorgd uit. Francesco was super hulpvaardig. Hij kwam met ideeën voor uitstapjes en was altijd beschikbaar voor vragen. Dit was voor ons een hele fijne lokatie. Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie en voelden ons echt thuis.

Gode faciliteter, højt serviceniveau og nemt at slappe af i haven og ved poolen.

Huset er utrolig charmerende og renoveret med respekt for den oprindelige stil og håndværk. Det er velindrettet til syv personer - med to badeværelser og 3 soveværelser + stue med sovesofa. Huset er svalende at opholde sig i, selv om det er varmt. Der er meget høj rengøringsstandard og have og poolområde er utrolig velholdt. Vores vært var utrolig service minded og delte generøst ud af sin viden om området og dets historie. Der er kun to lejligheder i huset, og det giver en god ro omkring fællesområderne udendørs.

Grunden, som huset ligger på, syntes i annoncen lidt større end den egentlig var, men området rundt om huset er stort nok og med mulighed for at finde skygge på forskellige tidspunkter af døgnet.

Wir wurden äußerst freundlich von Francesco empfangen, ein paar Tage vor Anreise hat er sich schon erkundigt, ob wir etwas benötigen bzw. Anreise Infos gegeben. Während des Aufenthalts hat er uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Er war jederzeit für Fragen offen und hat sich perfekt um alles gekümmert, der Pool wurde immer sauber gehalten. Wir können einen Urlaub dort wirklich empfehlen, es hat für uns alles gepasst.

Бърз и надежден Wi-Fi, удобен и сигурен паркинг, както и отличен супермаркет наблизо направиха престоя ни още по-комфортен. Casa dei Tigli се намира в сърцето на Тоскана - място, където времето тече по-бавно, залезите са като от картина, а въздухът носи аромат на лято, лозя и спомени. Идеално за романтична почивка или просто бягство от ежедневието. Бяхме там заедно с приятели от България и всички без изключение останахме очаровани от атмосферата, уюта и гостоприемството. Нашият домакин Франческо беше изключително любезен и отзивчив. Предостави ни ценни съвети за близки градчета и живописни маршрути, далеч от масовия туристически поток. А като истински майстор на гостоприемството, ни почерпи с домашно лимончело - предупреждаваме: една чаша никога не е достатъчна! 😊 Франческо, благодарим ти! Ein wunderschönes antikes Haus mitten in der Toskana

Es war unser erster Urlaub mit unserem einjährigen Sohn, wir haben etwas ruhiges und zentral gelegenes in Toskana gesucht. Uns waren Barrierefreiheit und genug Platz wichtig, da unserer Sohn zum Gehen angefangen hat. Das Haus von Francesco hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt und noch viel mehr! Wunderschöner Garten mit Linden, sauberer Pool für die Abkühlung und Grillen im Garten. Im Haus ist ausreichend Platz für 1-2 Familien mit Kindern, wir hatten genug Platz. Die Lage war sehr gut gelegen, wir haben einige Ausflüge unternommen. Cortona war einige Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, Siena und Perugia waren auch ganz in der Nähe. Francesco war der perfekte Gastgeber, hat uns super Vorschläge gemacht und war immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
