The place is very cosy, the bed was extremely comfortable, everything super clean and breakfast, probably one of the best breakfast I have had in Albania! Everything homemade there just for us!! With a nice view, and the staff was more than friendly and caring! And the location next to the castle and the centre or Gjirokastra. I would totally recommend Hotel Pashai
The location was a bit hard for us to reach by car, but the staff or owner was calling me constantly to check that everything was ok, at the end he ended up picking us up himself to bring us to the hotel, after the checkout, we went out by feet to see the city and he offered to bring the car down so we don't struggle again (we are not good drivers)

Nice quiet hotel, very cozy and lovely staff. The rooms had a good size and the shower had a door which was quite nice as the bathroom did not flood with ever shower as was the case in some of the other hotels we stayed at.
Our car was vandalized while parking in the spot the hotel assigned us. They were very helpful when dealing with the police the next day and even offered to cover what ever costs the insurance would not.

Nice view, clean room
We saw only cleaning lady who did not speak english, we couldn't use WiFi because we did not get password. We ended up just leaving money on the table, not knowing how else to pay. No coffee or tea at the breakfast only class o
