Great holiday stay

Lovely modern and spacious apartment in a great location within a walking distance to the seaside. Well equipped with a washing machine, oven with microwave, a toaster and TV with many channels to choose from. Really appreciated the parking space in the car park under the building - especially during a heatwave!

The handling of the keys. The keys were placed in the postbox to which there was no key. It was really awkward to get them out as we had to use a comb to take it out through the gap.

Very good location, the apartment is clean and comfortable for a couple.

Unfortunately, despite the fact that I sent a message to the staff directly (the reason: very thin bedding, miniature pillows size and a broken radiator in the bathroom), I did not get any answer or help in solving these problems.

Excellent apartment and good value.

The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. It is located 20 minutes of nice walk from the beach and next to grocery stores and a pharmacy. Parking can be done in a locked garage from which you can just take the elevator straight up to the front door of the apartment. Super convenient.

sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, leise, schönes Bad, Tiefgarage, sehr gute Küchenzeile, mehrere Restaurants in Nähe, 10 Min. bis zur Straßenbahn

Küchenstühle hart und unbequem, sehr schlechter Verwalter, reagierte nicht auf Mails, booking.com musste intervenieren, damit wir den Zugangscode erhielten

- duże mieszkanie - szybka winda - blisko do sklepów i plaży

Mieszkanie jak najbardziej można polecić ale wybór opcji ze śniadaniem to jedno wielkie nieporozumienie. Wybraliśmy opcje ze śniadaniem ale w żadnej wiadomości przed przybycie i informacji o sposobie zameldowania właściciel nie wspomniał nic o śniadaniu. Dopiero jak sie z nim skontaktowaliśmy to łaskawie poinformował nas o tym, że wybór śniadania narzucony jest z góry a godzina dostawy to "do 9:30". Na następny dzień godzina 9:30 a śniadania nie ma. Cały wakacyjny plan do zmiany... Po kontakcie info od właściciela ze śniadanie będzie 9:44. Śniadania nadal brak. Przyjechało o 10. To jest dramat!! Poprosiłem o śniadanie nastepnego dnia do godziny 8:30 to dostałem odpowiedz ze nie da rady więc odmówiłem dalszych sniadan i poprosiłem o zwrot pieniędzy za nie bo szkoda zeby leżały pod drzwiami az do wieczora - brak odpowiedzi ze strony właściciela na ten temat do tej pory ale w następnych dniach już nikt nie przywiózł śniadania albo zabrał je ze sobą. Kolejnego dnia pobytu zabraklo w mieszkaniu również cieplej wody. SMS do właściciela wysłany. Info dopiero następnego dnia ze wody nie będzie przez 1,5dnia. No super, ale o takich rzeczach się informuje i przeprasza a nie zeby to bylo zaskoczenie dla nas. Podsumowując mieszkanie OK ale obsługa i rozwiązanie ze śniadaniem to dno i 3 metry mułu. Widać hype na kase między sezonem studenckim i tyle - niemiły właściciel - śniadanie dostarczane do mieszkania kurierem Glovo - brak wyboru śniadania i czasu dostawy - zerowa obsługa klienta - hype na kase i tyle

Szczerze polecam nawet na długi pobyt

Jeden z ładniejszych apartamentów, jaki wynajmowałam. Wystrój naprawdę urokliwy, wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu. Na plus duża wygodna umywalka, duży blat w kuchni, wygodne łóżko. Mieszkanie położone wysoko, z pięknym widokiem.

Mieszkanie naprawdę ma wszystko co jest potrzebne do krótkich i dłuższych pobytów, kontakt z właścicielem idealny, piękny widok na miasto i stadion, okna są od wschodu więc idealnie można co rano wypić gorącą kawkę na wschodzie słońca. Łóżka wygodne a całe mieszkanie jest bardzo sensownie stworzone. Plusem jest jeszcze podziemne miejsce parkingowe, nie trzeba po podróżach martwić się o brak miejsc pod blokiem. 10/10
