Quality accommodation relatively close to the beach.

A quality stay with very good to high amendities. A good 20 min walk to the beach is required but was worth it for the value.

The only issues we had was with the payment. The venue needs to make it clear several prepayments will be paid after the booking until the apartment is paid, well before you actually arrive. It would be much easier to state one total payment to be made before arrival. It became confusing and the response over the matter was not satisfactory. Another aspect to note is their office is not on site.

Good location but dissapointing

Location is good. Apartment is light, living room sofa was comfortable. Amenities are suitable. Nice to have outside garden. Plenty of cushions and covers.

Some items were worn out (mattress had stains on it on both sides, pillows were heavily used). Kitchen too small, sink too small for an apartment with no dishwasher, and the ventilation was not working properly for cooking. Difficult to get to the entrance if arriving with taxi directly - the apartment is at the end of the block with a gate closed, and the keys for the gate were inside.

Also asked for the invitation for consulate, which was sent as soon as we payed.

Exceptional

We like location, not far from sea, there are few product shops not far from flat. Good equipped kitchen, washing machine, very comfortable bed, big balcony, parking. Everything was perfect.

Great contact with owner to collect keys, good location, plenty of small shops around and bus and tram not too far away. 20 min walk to the beach. Very nice apartment, comfy beds, and great wifi. Plenty of utensils and equipment provided in the kitchen and toilet. Well worth the money.

Cleanliness could be improved. Glasses, cups and cutlery were not checked after previous guests and had stains, etc, were dirty, so was the oven and the sofa cover in the lounge did not look inviting.

Apartament przestronny. Dobra lokalizacja ze względu na bliskość szpitala.

Po wejściu do apartamentu okazało się , że nie jest posprzątany. Pościel nie była zmieniona . W kuchni leżały śmieci po poprzednich lokatorach . Łazienka nie była też posprzątana, Na podłodze leżały brudne ręczniki. Po kontakcie z właścicielem przyszedł serwis sprzątający . Na czas sprzątania ja wraz z rodziną musiałam opuścić apartament . Jako zadośćuczynienie miałam otrzymać 150 zł rekompensaty. Niestety do dnia dzisiejszego tj. 13.01. 2026 rekompensaty nie otrzymałam . Pobyt był 2.01. 2025 -5.01.2025 Nie polecam tego apartamentu. Aktualizacja: Po wystawieniu opinii, otrzymałam rekompensatę.

Czystość pomieszczen pozostawiala wiele do zyczenia, brud i kurz byl wszechobecny, z odpływu prysznica caly czas smierdzialo kanaliza, filtr w zmywarce byl tak zabrudzony, ze nie dalo sie umyc naczyn. pobyt 5 dniowy i 2 kapsulki do zmywarki to kiepski zart. Plyta indukcyjna przetarta brudna scierka, posciel nie byla zdecydowanie swieza, firanki czarne od brudu. Krzesla poodrapywane, zdekompletowane i niewygodne. Meble poniszczone, panele podniesione od jakiegos wczesniejszego zalania. W pralce bielizna poprzednich gosci. suszarka ledwo suszyla wlosy. mydlo w plynie rozwodnione do granic mozliwosci. Baterie zarowno w kuchni jak i lazience ponisczone i brudne, niedzialajaca deszczownica. Nikt nie sprzatal na pewno tych pomieszczen przed naszym przyjazdem. Pierwszy raz spedzilismy pobyt w takim miejscu, a podrozujemy non stop. Mimo mojej prosby o wyslanie instrukcji wejscia na adres mailowy nic nie otrzymalam. dopiero po 7 probie dodzwonienia sie do obslugi klienta zostala ona nam udostepniona. Nie polecam.

Były problemy związane z użytkowaniem łazienki. Po zgłoszeniu problemu nie został on wyeliminowany podczas pobytu , a miało to wpływ na funkcje związane z codzienną higieną. Szkoda. Popsuło to ogólne wrażenie.

Мини- терраса, удобные спальные места, кухня с посудой.

На посуде были засохшие цветные капли и остатки еды, под столом - крошки и пыль. Впечатление, что уборка проводится поверхностно. Мусорный пакет был только один (аренда на 6 дней). Не работал пульт для шлагбаума. На запрос сначала ответили вопросом, есть ли у нас пульт(как будто отвечает бот), а после второго сообщения о том, что пульт есть и он не работает, ответили, что запрос передан в техническую службу, и на этом всё.

Zero kontaktu. Obsługa naraziła nas na stres. W dniu przyjazdu miała przyjść wiadomość o lokalizacji obiektu i instrukcji jak się zameldować. Nic nie dostałam ! Numer telefonu który był podany nie odpowiadał. Na meila tez nikt nie odpisywał. Dopiero w dniu przyjazdu ,, późnym popołudniem"" po 13 stej udało się nam dodzwonić . Pani która odebrała była rozbawiona całą sytuacją, co nam nie było do śmiechu . ,,PORAŻKA "Twierdziła że wcześniejszą zmiana jej nic nie przekazała . Ekspres do kawy był głośny ,a w nim woda stara i śmierdząca . Ekspres stary nie nadający się do użytku . Na tarasie pełno zielska .Płotek graniczący z posesją obok przy silnym wietrze ciągle walił o sąsiedni nardzi głośno. Reszta Ok

Piękny apartament zlokalizowany na parterze. Wszystko nowe czyste. Przytulnie. Również kontakt z recepcja szybki i sprawny. W okolicy wszycie potrzebne sklepy i 20min spacerkiem do plaży.

Mieszkanie było nie posprzątanie. Brud, suft, naczynia w zlewie. Po telefonie przyjechała ekipa sprzątająca. Koniec końców odebrałem mieszkanie 3 godziny później. W ramach rekompensaty zaproponowano mi pozostanie 1 godzinę dłużej przy wymeldowaniu. W następnym dniu miał dzwonić ktoś decyzyjny żeby wyjaśnić sprawę i zaproponować jakąś rekompensatę. Bez odzewu. Tak więc Elite w nazwie to tylko bajer bo nie z obsługi klienta.
