Apartament czyściutki. Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Dookoła mnóstwo Kawiarenek i restauracji. Biedronka i Rossmann pod ręką. Widziałam, że inni narzekają na internet ale ja nie miałam tego problemu. Na pewno tam wrócę.
Jak na apartament na tak wysokim poziomie to dziwna, zaskakująca No i niestety hałasująca jest sprężyna zamontowana na drzwiach łazienki, która ma domykać drzwi. Niepotrzebne i psujące ostateczny efekt całości.

Nowoczesne budownictwo, wykończenie oraz wyposażenie mieszkania. Bezpośrednie przejście z garażu podziemnego do budynku, gdzie znajdował się apartament. Szybkie windy. Wspólna, zielona część wypoczynkowa na osiedlu z mini zjeżdżalnią oraz piaskownicą. Drzwi na kod wstępu. Kompleksowe wyposażenie całego osiedla w lokale usługowe, gastronomiczne, handlowe etc.
Brak dostępu do miejsca parkingowego przynależnego do wynajmowanego apartamentu. Konieczność wykupienia postoju na parkingu miejskim. Brak dostępu do ogólnodostępnego śmietnika przynależnego do osiedla. Problem z pozbywaniem się śmieci na terenie osiedla. Śmietniki zamykane na klucz. Nowoczesne budownictwo typu okno w okno. Namiastka balkonu, aczkolwiek były na osiedlu jeszcze mniejsze balkony. Brak większego placu zabaw dla dzieci na świeżym powietrzu.
