Apartament przestronny, jasny, w niedawno wybudowanym budynku, cisza, spokój, atrakcyjne położenie obiektu, wnętrze urządzone w stylu skandynawskim, kuchnia wyposażona. W okolicy knajpki, kawiarnie, w pobliżu galeria bałtycka, miejsce dobrze skomunikowane. Sprawna komunikacja z wynajmującym.
Brak WiFi, niesprawne drzwi do kabiny prysznicowej, brak koca (kołdra raczej letnia niż całoroczna).

Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko Galerii Baltycka. 2 sypialnie. Winda. Cisza w bloku. Kawa i herbata dostepna w szafkach. Apartament wyposazony w reczniki.
Brakowalo Wifi, sofa w duzym pokoju dosc mala. Przydalyby sie ze 2 pufki i wiekszy stolik kawowy. Koldry cienkie, warto by byly dodatkowe koce w zimowe dni.

Dobra lokalizacja na Wrzeszczu (PKP i Galeria Baltycka) i wszystkie sklepy, kawiarnie itp. pod ręką.
Apartment jest bardzo wybrakowany w porowaniu do zdjec i wszystko sie tam trzyma na ostatnim gwozdziu. Z czystoscia slabo, od samego wejscia widac ze to apartment na przemial. Sciany sa doslownie brudne, lozko skrzypiace i materac bardzo niewygodny (czuc wszystkie deski)m apodlodze resztki pokruszownych czipsow po poprzednich lokatorach. Koldra to chyba jak dla dziecka, pojedyncza i cienka. W szafie byly zapasowe koldly (tez cienkie) ale w plamach.. Ah, I nie ma wifi jesli ktosby nie doczytal (zasieg w mieszkaniu jest dobry zeby uzywac jako hot spot z telefonu)
