Disappointing

Location

Lack of instructions for how to operate equipment, I asked for them but did not get help. TV did not work. No paper towels, no basic kitchen supplies like salt or pepper. Frying pans were in terrible condition, scratches, lose handles.

A great location with a view to die for

I LOVED the view from the apartment! I could spend entire days just sitting on the balcony and looking around. Apartment was very comfortable and nicely organized with all the utilities needed to cook and enjoy the view! Great location with easy access to a huge supermarket, relatively close to the beach, located in a living area making it more relaxing than a busy old town.

One of the lights in the bathroom was making a high pitch noise, but that could have been avoided by not turning it on. Other than that, a perfect place.

Small and well organized apartment, quiet close to the see.

Company lock deposit for the rent, but the apartment was used not well by previous owners and has a lot of damaged places. But way important the less quality of cleaning

Perfect place near the see for family vacations with the kids

Perfect place for the family with the kids. Not so far away from the sea and beach. Parking place for one car is a very big plus for this place. Sea view as described and big shopping mall nearby as well.

Misleading information and inadequate communication with the hosts.

The apartment was not in the building that was marked on the booking.com site, in fact it was quite far from the spot, and for the guest who travelled with the old dog and specifically looked for the property close to the park, this was a considerable discomfort. The address on booking should be identical with the actual property address, and if this is not the case - it should be clearly stated. The people who manage the apartment did not communicate adequately, in fact they were not even reading the messages I was sending, at least not understanding what I am asking for; it took them long time to issue an invoice, while normally it is done at the check-in, especially taken the fact the the payment was made upfront. This was not a good experience for the guest, and for me as a person who arranged the visit through booking.com.

it was trouble with internet connection, there were wrong credentials, and I had no internet almost whole day but it was critical . You can hear the neighbors. It was great if you attach a map or photo or describe in detail the entrance to the building and that when you pass code in entrance doors we need pass ‘key’ to times before enter and after…it is confusing

Good apartment, but the hosts or personnel careless

Flat in the new building, neat, with sea view, we’ll equipped kitchen

we couldn’t get into apartment for almost 2 hours in the evening, no instructions were sent ahead, none of the available phones was answering. instructions provided were not correct, all security guys in both buildings we were sent too were very friendly and helped to accomplish the challenge “reach the host, get the address and get the key to the apartment”

Okay apartment but unhelpful Agency

Clean apartment and handy location for beach and tram to Gdansk.

The Agency who rented out the apartment were friendly but not helpful. They sent me the code to get into the apartment block but not the code for the key box to get into the individual apartment. After I rang them and got in, there were no instructions for appliances, bedding was hidden within the sofas and we discovered by accident on the last day we could have parked our car underground rather than outside. They would send general messages but not answer my basic questions like 'Is there air-conditioning', 'Where do I put my recycling when I check out'.

Apartament was good size and comfortable with a stunning sea view

The staff didn't always pick up the phone when I needed to talk to them about my needs related to the apartment. Perhaps they were very busy due to pick of the holiday season

Exceptional

The location is very good if you come with family, big mall nearby, just a 15-20min walk to the beach. Very comfortable parking, you get a free parking spot in an underground private garage. Would recommend for families with 1-2 children.

Water in the shower was always too hot or too cold, very hard to adjust - i think there is something with water heating system. There was a frying pan, however it was not meant for the induction stove, the microwave oven is pretty old :)

good but wrong address?!??! so kind of scam right?

lovely and clean

the address is wrong. we can in the middle of the night and the taxi driver took us to the address on this website as there was no other. we also showed him photos and it was the right building then when we called the pretty rude man he said it’s a bit further and was like 4 mins away- I used to stay there and this was for my friend the purpose of her to stay at the address on this website was so she was across the road now she was on another street and this caused problems and delays in things we had to do because we couldn’t find eachother due to the address being wrong. that’s unacceptable. the lady was lovely but the guy was very odd and rude, any questions asked he was moody and didn’t really look like he knew things the taxi driver himself said I’ll wait for you to get in because he didn’t really trust the look of the guy and the fact he got the address wrong and didn’t look like he knows much.

great location

poor communication with the owners/management. It would take ages to reach them. So, if you need anything from them i.e a fan (because there’s no AC in the apartment) it will take time... it was definitely overpriced. The 1bdr apt was really really small what’s also annoying is the description on the web that would suggest that all the apartments are in the same building but they’re not. We booked a couple of units (for the fam &friends) thinking that we will be all together but everyone ended up in a different building!they were not too far from each other but still..very misleading..

The place is located in modern Apartment block, very nice. quiet, clean with all necessary facilities provided close to shops, pharmacy, bus and city tram, approx 20-25 mi. Walking distance to the nearest beach

Location (close to the beach), quite spacious, great views from the balcony

Cheap facilities (dishwasher with dislocated drawer and the continuously blocking toilet). We were advised not to flush any toilet paper, but despite this it was still blocking regularly. Not something you want to worry about on a holiday in a supposedly modern apartment.
