I LOVED the view from the apartment! I could spend entire days just sitting on the balcony and looking around. Apartment was very comfortable and nicely organized with all the utilities needed to cook and enjoy the view! Great location with easy access to a huge supermarket, relatively close to the beach, located in a living area making it more relaxing than a busy old town.
One of the lights in the bathroom was making a high pitch noise, but that could have been avoided by not turning it on. Other than that, a perfect place.

Small and well organized apartment, quiet close to the see.
Company lock deposit for the rent, but the apartment was used not well by previous owners and has a lot of damaged places. But way important the less quality of cleaning

Perfect place for the family with the kids. Not so far away from the sea and beach. Parking place for one car is a very big plus for this place. Sea view as described and big shopping mall nearby as well.

Die Lage.
Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Bettwäsche war sauber, aber abgenutzt und hate schon kleine Löcher.
Die Lage und die Aussicht sind zwar super aber wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt. Im gesamten Apartment roch es schlimm nach Schweiß. Das Sofa ist komplett abgenutzt, und die Sofakissen, die Handtücher sowie die Bettwäsche rochen intensiv nach Schweiß und Staub. Zudem funktionierte der Wasserkocher nicht richtig und schaltete sich nicht automatisch ab – ein echtes Sicherheitsrisiko. Von einem Premium-Apartment ist das weit entfernt.
