The room was a good size and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and there was a good refrigerator. There was plenty of storage space for belongings. It was also easy to find parking near the property.

The main drawback was the room door. It was basically an interior door and felt very thin. About half of the door was made of frosted glass, and light from the hallway constantly shone through it. Since the hallway light turned on and off every few minutes, it was difficult to fall asleep without the light shining into the room. Another issue was that the hotel shares the building with a car detailing studio on the ground floor. In the morning, the employees talked quite loudly outside the windows, which disturbed the rest. The mattress was too soft and not very comfortable. It felt like sleeping in a hammock. Another major drawback was the lack of air conditioning. The room became quite hot. The lighting in the room was extremely harsh and felt like hospital lighting. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and was unpleasant to use. The location is not ideal overall, and it takes about 50 minutes to walk to the waterfront. However, if you are traveling by bicycle or by car, the location is quite convenient.

A bit far away from everything but kind of knew it beforehand. The small lamp did not work (the bulb was broken) but this wasn't a big issue
