Ogólnie to miejsce na wypoczynek posiada wszystko co potrzeba, było czysto, Pani właścicielka bardzo miła i dbała aby lokum było gotowe na wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Pani także poświęciła czas na wyjaśnienie gdzie w okolicy są sklepy, jak iść na plażę itp. Pod blokiem jest bardzo przyzwoity plac zabaw i sklep popularnej sieci, niedaleko większe sklepy spożywcze, bar mleczny, komunikacja miejska, i całkiem blisko na plażę w Brzeźnie.
Teren jest ograniczony przez sąsiedztwo stacji transformatorowej i grodzonego osiedla po drodze na plażę. Remont ulicy dodatkowo powodował utrudnienia w orientacji. Mimo udzielenia instrukcji jak się poruszać - przydałoby się zrobić dla gości mapkę - schemat, którędy iść w podstawowe miejsca.

Wygodny, przestronny i czysty apartament. Blisko komunikacji miejskiej i sklepów. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką.

Schludnie, czysto, jasne wnętrze,prosty elegancki wystrój, szczebelki, zjeżdżalnia i siatka do wspinania w jednym z pokoi, przestronny balkon
