Doskonała lokalizacja obiektu, urządzenie i wyposażenie mieszkania we wszystko, co niezbędne. Naprawdę niczego nie brakowało. Styl marynistyczny dodaje niepowtarzalnego charakteru mieszkaniu. Miejsce parkingowe zewnętrzne dodatkowo płatne, ale jest jako opcja, z której moim zdaniem warto skorzystać.
Poziom czystości podłóg i pozostawienie brudnych mopów na grzejniku w łazience. Niestety to chyba jedyny minus obiektu, ale było to niedociągnięcie nieakceptowalne dla mnie, bo obiekt miał wysokie notowania, jeśli chodzi o opinie dotyczące czystości.

Urokliwe i zadbane mieszkanie, w spokojnej okolicy, dobrze skomunikowanej z resztą miasta, blisko plaży. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem również na plus.
