It needs a little bit of maintenance. For example, the sealant in the shower badly needs replacing. Otherwise it would rate a clear 10.

The apartment was charming and the location very good. Kitchen was mostly well equipped. The hosts had left some water, prosecco and coca-cola in the fridge as a welcoming gift.
