La estancia esta cerca del centro. El apartamento es amplio. Los servicios y ducha correctos.

El ruido de la calle, es casi imposible dormir. El sofa incomodo. Faltan utensilios en la cocina como tostadora. El interlocutor Sr Matteo, muy poco amable y solo se limitaba a decirnos que no nos preocupemos. Solo unas horas antes del check-in se puso en contacto con nosotros de como realizarlo, esto genera desconfianza. Hay que dar confianza a los usuarios informando bien de como sera la entrada.

Perfect, Central location close to all the main attractions. Reasonably well stocked kitchen. Air con was effective and fairly quiet. Wardrobe good size with hangers available. Consierge was pleasant and gave us clear instructions on access to the property but availability was restricted.

No view as the property was an internal aspect with air con system for whole building outside our bedroom, which was noisy and constant, meaning sleep was poor. Hob is above the fridge in the unit and caused the top of the fridge to became dangerously hot when used, which we were very concerned about and limited our ability to self cater. The microwave supplied had no operating instructions either. Suggest the inclusion of a air fryer as an alternative. The bathroom, although it included a bidet, did not look clean as the rainfall shower head was heavily limescaled and the sealant around the shower had black mould present. The extractor fan over the shower made an alarming noise when the cord was pulled so we didn't use and left door open to prevent steaming up. There was a decided lack of housekeeping. One pillow each (no spares or blankets available), one large towel and one small one each for the duration of the booking. No change of linen available and no maid service as would have been expected at least once during the week, given that we had been charged for cleaning. No television or washing machine available in the room and no information on where to find facilities. In fact no information at all, especially emergency evacuation procedures. Finally, the windows only had thin muslin curtains which did not keep out the light.
