Great property.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, big kitchen. I would highly recommend this place to stay when in Milan. Really enjoyed.

Entry to the property only with the phone call. If something happens with your phone (broke, stolen, flat battery, bad signal etc.) you won’t be able to get into the building. There wouldn’t be nice if some wardrobe would be provided, for the belongings. There are small metal lockers, but that’s not enough. In the kitchen I’d be glad to see a cattle and microwave.

It's a real scam. I don't recommend

I didn't like this hostel at all; I won't be using it again. All correspondence is handled via WhatsApp, not the website chat, so you can't prove anything to customer support if something went wrong. I just booked this hostel and immediately paid 45 EUR with my card. When I arrived, no one told me what floor the hostel was on in the building listed on the website. I had to search and ask around the building where the hostel was. But when I found it, no one answered the door. I asked the neighbors if anyone even lived there. They said no one knew anything, only that there were always problems and people kept coming and complaining. I couldn't cancel the reservation and get a refund for the 45 EUR per night, but I can at least leave a negative review to prevent others from falling for this scam. So, I can give this hostel a solid 0.

Good location but essentially a hostel - expensive for what it is

Good location not far from Duomo. The double room is fair, basic but fine for a couple of nights. Aircon works well.

It’s not very clear from booking that you are sharing the bathroom with 4 other people. For the night we stayed it was full of mosquitos and very dirty from other travellers. The main room door was open when we arrived so we worried about the safety of our belongings n

Nice and convenient

The location was great! We were able to take the metro from the airport to a close station and walk there from the metro station. The facilities were nice and in a great location. We were able to walk to most of the sites and, if we couldn’t walk, the metro was very convenient.

The check in process was a little difficult and unclear at points, but the people on WhatsApp for this place were very prompt in their responses.

Hope you get good roommates

Great location. Basically a 2 bedroom apartment turned into a self administered hostel. It was easy to access and clean although very basic. Since there’s no personnel there you gotta hope that the other travellers are nice and there’s no conflict. The night i spent there, there was a father arguing out loud with his teenage daughter in the middle of the night turning lights, going in and out and speaking out loud. Not the hostel’s fault, but who do you turn to in a situation like this, right?

It was very easy to get into the hostel as the building and suite door were open when I arrived, which made me worry about security. However nothing went missing

The other room of the appartement was rented in hostel -like conditions. I have known there was a shared bathroom but it's not the same to share a bathroom with 2 persons or with 6 persons. The bathroom was not clean most of the time.

This was the perfect place for us to spend our short one night stay in Milan.

The Location was in easy walking distance to what we wanted to see. It was a quiet secure building, rooms were a good size and facilities adequate for our needs. Anyone wanting to prepare meals, there was a functional kitchen. There was a washing machine which was very useful to us at that stage of our trip, although we needed to get detergent.

No included breakfast. Maybe a basket of breakfast supplies would be a good addition.

Not recommended. Overpriced. Not a two bedroom. Bare bones amenities.

The apartment is centrally located...within walking distance to main attractions.

1) I did not like having to pickup the keys at another location when there is a box outside the apartment door that I could leave the key in when departing. Why couldn't they just have given me the code to the box? They required prepayment for the apartment before arrival. (The fee for delivering key to the apartment is 50 EUR. Outrageous!) 2) False advertising. The apartment does not have two bedrooms. The bedroom has a double bed and the two single beds are in the livingroom area. There is no couch in the living room for a family to gather. 3) There are no kitchen towels provided nor a starter set of paper towels. No additional trash bags provided for tiny kitchen trash bin. 4) There is no free street parking nearby. Public parking is several blocks away...cumbersome. 5) Overpriced. Not worth the cost.

When I booked the apartment with Booking.com, no mention was made of a security deposit. The host charged my credit card 100 Euros which he told me would be refunded within 5 business days. My friend and I, both in our seventies, arrived at Versus Balcony about 11:30 p. m. after attending Lascala Opera. We left the next morning at 10:00 a. m. and deposited the keys in the lockbox as we had been instructed. There was no damage to anything in the apartment during our brief 10 hour stay. We went to bed, and then left the next morning. After ONE MONTH, the host never returned the 100 euros that were charged to my credit card which was charged under the name of EASY ROOMS, not Booking. com I have reported this to my credit card company as fraud.

Fui desrespeitada. Invadiram meu quarto na minha ausência, quebraram e retiraram meus pertences sem qualquer aviso prévio, jogando-os no corredor. Além disso, desapareceram roupas e o carregador do meu celular. Também quebraram objetos, incluindo um óculos de sol de alto valor. A hospedagem na tinha energia elétrica e foi necessário mexer no djuntor de luz.

L’emplacement est idéal; proximité du centre-ville et au bord de la rivière. Parfait pour courir tous les matins!

Arrivé à 17h30 le lit était défait des personnes de la veille. En essayant de trouver une solutions ou de nouveaux draps dans l’appartement. Les personnes du ménages sont arrivés et ont été très impolie pensant que nous étions des personnes qui n’avait rien à faire là. Je conseil pas forcément.

Tesisin konumu iyiydi, odaları geniş, çamaşır makinesi olması iyiydi. 50 euro depozito ücreti istendi ve geri ödenmesi 4 gün kadar gecikti. Tesis yetkilileri ile irtibata geçildiğinde hemen işlemler yapıldı ve hesabımıza geçti.

Tesise rezervasyon yaptıktan sonra tesise 6-7 km ötede bir yere gidip giriş işlemlerini yapmamızı istediler. Biz turistiz ve bahsettikleri yere kolay bir şekilde gidemeyiz. Bu konuda tesis çalışanları ile iletişime geçtik ve pekte güvenli olmayan bir yöntemle WhatsApp üzerinden pasaport fotoğraflarımızı göndererek işlemleri yaptık. Depozito ücreti 50 € alındı. Geri ödenmesi 4 gün kadar gecikti. Bu gecikme ile ilgili olarak üstte olumlu kısmada yazacağım firma ile görüştüğümüzde hemen hesabımıza geçti. Tesis fiyatı ise yüksekti.

En resumen todo sobresaliente

Todo excelente, el lugar estaba limpio y en óptimas condiciones para el uso. El departamento era amplio, cómodo y se encuentra realmente muy próximo al Duomo. El personal siempre estuvo disponible y atento a nuestras necesidades.

Der Aufenthalt in Mailand war super, die Unterkunft enttäuschend

Die Lage war top

Die Wohnung roch muffig. Die Ausrüstung in der Küche war mangelhaft (fehlende Weingläser, usw.) Im Badezimmer gab es keine Möglichkeiten etwas abzustellen oder Badetücher usw. aufzuhängen. Die Gesamtbewertung mit 8 (sehr gut) ist absolut übertrieben.
