Good, but would have been even better with above mentioned

The property was nice and clean , quick response from online portal

The door was hard to open with the key , had difficulty with it a few times to open door. Did ask if could leave luggage or late check out , the option of that would have been great

Nice stay, but essential facilities not delivered

This review refers specifically to Apartment 04.01. The apartment is in a very convenient location, about 10–15 minutes walking distance from the Duomo and the Navigli area. There are many mini markets, cafés and restaurants nearby and metro stations are very close. So, moving around the city is easy and you don’t need a taxi. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and in very good condition. From a location and cleanliness perspective, it’s a solid choice.

The main issue — and the reason for the lower rating— was the lack of proper service. The apartment was booked for four guests, but only two towel sets were provided. We informed the host on the first night and were told the towels would be delivered the next morning. When we returned the following evening, there were still no towels. We contacted the host again and were assured they would be brought the next morning due to a mistake. Unfortunately, this never happened. For a basic necessity such as towels, this showed poor coordination and lack of responsiveness. It significantly affected our experience, as it is a matter of hygiene and comfort. Overall, while the apartment itself is good, the service did not meet expectations.

Would go back because of location

The apartment was in a good location- 15 minute walk to Duomo. Paint work Needs to be freshen up inside. Cups definitely need to be replaced. Also needs new pillows in every bedroom.

We only stayed for 3 nights and really only slept in the apartment. Would recommend a second couch

Avevamo prenotato un'appartamento con tre matrimoniali e tre bagni ma poichè eravamo in 5 ce ne hanno assegnato un'altro con due matrimoniali ed una singola, allo stesso prezzo e senza avvisarci. L'appartamento necessita di manutenzione, pareti, tende, battiscopa, tutto abbastanza trascurato

Meget god beliggenhet😊

Beliggenheten er meget bra. Kort vei til Metro. Butikker og restauranter i nærheten. God kommunikasjon med utleier. Fikk raskt svar. Lett og sjekke inn og ut.

Dårlig utstyrt på kjøkkenet. Holder til to, men ikke fire som vi var. Støvete soverom. Sofa og teppe på stua, flekkete, lite hyggelig.

Bien ubicado, pero necesita mucha mejor limpieza

La ubicación es realmente buena: desde allí se puede acceder tanto al tren como al metro sin ningún problema, y eso hace muy fácil moverse a cualquier parte de Milán. Da la impresión de que el edificio está compuesto por varios apartamentos destinados a alquiler turístico, y probablemente por eso la habitación que reservé en Booking no fue la misma que recibí al llegar por las llaves. Las fotos de la reserva no coincidían con el apartamento entregado. Aun así, el espacio tenía buena distribución, las camas eran cómodas y las terrazas eran amplias, perfectas si te apetece pasar un rato al aire libre. Como recomendación, sería ideal que el alojamiento actualizara las fotos para que coincidan con lo que realmente se entrega. Eso evitaría confusiones y haría la experiencia mucho más clara para futuros huéspedes.

Lo que no me gustó fue el nivel de desgaste y suciedad visible en el apartamento. Las paredes tenían muchísimas marcas del paso del tiempo o de huéspedes anteriores, y eso lo hace ver bastante descuidado. Incluso con buena iluminación, al abrir las persianas se apreciaba aún más el mal estado, lo cual incomoda considerando el precio que se paga. Entiendo que el uso deja huella, pero el anfitrión debería estar pendiente para que el valor de la estancia se corresponda con lo que uno espera cuando paga por limpieza y por un lugar bien cuidado. En cuanto a los electrodomésticos, la limpieza tampoco fue la mejor. El lavavajillas tenía un olor fuerte a humedad y a comida acumulada, lo cual no debería pasar. Algunos vasos estaban sucios y el horno se notaba poco atendido. Creo que con un poco más de cariño en la limpieza y mantenimiento general, la experiencia del huésped mejoraría muchísimo y evitarían comentarios negativos en el futuro.
