More flexibility and responsiveness would have been appreciated.
When we booked the accommodation, the people came accross as friendly. Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking a couple of days before arrival due to problems with our car.
When we asked to cancel our booking, we did not get any reply. After multiple messages, we were told that it was not possible and we could not even get a refund for the missed breakfast for 5 people. Although I understand that it was high season, is a pity that the accommodation did not show any responsiveness nor flexibility in looking for options or alternatives for us. Offering at least a discount or a voucher would have been appreciated.

Halte très agréable à la maison des invités
Accueil très chaleureux dans un environnement très calme, au milieu des champs ! Nous avons passé une nuit très reposante et ressourçante sur notre route de retour des vacances. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux (confitures maison) préparé dans la maison.

È una struttura che terremo presente in eventuali viaggi futuri e che consiglieremmo ai nostri amici.
Mio marito ed io siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari. La signora Roselyne parla discretamente l’ italiano grazie ad un’ amica pugliese, che era presente al nostro arrivo, con cui si esercita a parlare italiano. La casetta, messa a nostra disposizione, idonea ad ospitare sei persone, aveva tutti i servizi: cucina, frigorifero, forno a microonde. Il problema delle zanzare è stato risolto con l’ uso del fornellino. Al mattino ci sono stati portati in un cesto prodotti freschi per fare colazione, altri: burro, yogurt, marmellate erano già presenti nel frigorifero.
