Great communication, staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Room although small was well appointed everything worked as it should. Heating extremely efficient. Dinner and breakfast were also excellent.

The location is far from any nearby city/sight. There was no dinner available as an event had closed the restaurant. The cleaning staff left the bathrooms wet

good stay
Staff very friendly and the location is in the middle of nature, you can take walks or stay by the pool. The room was very big, and the parking big and with 2x electrical chargers.
The attraction point (the restaurant) was fully booked with a day in advance, even for hotel guests.

Aesthetic but could be better.
The rooms are really beautiful decorated, also the lounge area downstairs as-well as the grounds are gorgeous. They were also fairly accommodating when we checked out they looked after our cases for us.
We wanted to eat in the restaurant and were told it was fully booked even though there was quite literally only about 3 groups in the restaurant. Also the WiFi did not work in our room and so the only place we could use it was in the reception areas. We mentioned this to them and it wasn’t fixed.

The vibe is strange and the disconnection with the restaurant at the ground floor makes things a little complicated - no flexibility and impossible to order food or drinks in the room. Poor facilities. Suitable for local business travellers maybe.

Very good
- beautiful site - really friendly staff - really nice restaurant - room was comfortable
- the breakfast was a bit pricey for what you get. I would have loved to have more savory options. - the TV in our room was weirdly positioned (small detail but still) would have been great to place it facing the bed so you can watch TV in bed and not on the sofa that’s not very comfortable - although we had a terrace in our bedroom it looked a bit sad (no decor, sad umbrella and not very clean)

So clean, goergous design and polite and helpful staff.
Autopark was too dusty. Kettle was rotten. Pool was not so clean.
