Conclusion of the "what didn't you like" area: - Rude and unprofessional communication prior to arrival - Limited breakfast despite “included” - Public toilet outside the room, not private as advertised - Serious car vandalism on the hotel parking lot, misleading statements by the owner, no insurance coverage - Unfriendly attitude during check-out Overall, a very disappointing stay that cost us a lot of holiday time, nerves, and money.

Arrival & Communication We had been cycling on Mont Ventoux (Tour de France) the day of our arrival and had no mobile reception. When we came down, I found several calls and a rude voicemail from the owner complaining about our late arrival. When I called him back, he remained unprofessional and unfriendly, which did not create any anticipation for our stay. Upon arrival, he was friendlier, but the first impression had already been spoiled. For a hotel, one would normally expect late check-in to be possible. Breakfast Breakfast is only very limited. Items such as cheese, cold cuts, or eggs must be paid for separately, which is unusual for a hotel advertising “breakfast included.” Room & Facilities We had booked a room with a private toilet. In reality, the toilet was located in the corridor, separated only by a curtain. The owner claimed it was our “private” toilet, but in practice it was frequently used by other guests and often dirty. Parking & Vandalism The most serious issue was a major scratch (around 30 cm) on my car parked in the hotel’s assigned parking area. I asked the owner initially to inquire all parents of children staying at the hotel if anyone had seen something, but when I spoke to them myself, it turned out they had never been asked. This destroyed all trust. I had to spend half a day at the gendarmerie filing a police report, which caused stress, loss of holiday time, and additional costs. According to the owner, there is no insurance covering the hotel’s parking area. Check-out Because of the police report, we had to stay on the premises until the afternoon on the day of check-out. Although we had already cleared the room, the owner’s wife came to ask us rather rudely when we would finally leave – despite the fact that the reason for our stay on the property was the vandalism that happened on their assigned parking lot.

Location.

Power failed and no AC, or fan so was unbearable for our family. Cheap Furnature and not clean. Run on a shoe string. The owners were all around, at the pool, reception and it did not feel private.

The property is beautiful The food was nice

Unlike other Mas or Gîtes this one is not suitable at all for a one night / day stop. We arrived after 9pm at night and the hosts were nice to wait for us so we could have a nice dinner. We booked the property to enjoy the pool the hamac the pétanque. But we couldn’t enjoy it. Unlike other properties in the region where we’re use to stop at every year, the room had to be left at 11 am and the property as well. Don’t expect then to arrive late and have the time to enjoy the property the next day as you will be asked to leave at check out. Although they ‘exceptionally’ granted us access to the pool until noon I do not recommend this property for a one night stop. The property is beautiful but the value for a night vs experience is way above any other property we tried for the past 5 years in the region where you can enjoy a breakfast and the property after check out with your booking. Nonetheless For a couple of night it may worth it. They have a nice lavender field just nearby. I wished I knew this before we picked this place therefore, I’m sharing this feedback that may be useful for families looking for a nice stop on the way to their destination.

Super pristine inside and outside. Very well kept! The owners are exceptionally lovely.

WiFi wasn’t fast enough for uploading / downloading - but it’s pretty rural so it’s kind of expected.

What a dream location, so peace- and restful! Anne and Jean-Paul do their utmost to make you feel like a super-star, while respecting your privacy at same time. Great rooms with very comfy beds, nice bathroom. Big garden, very well maintained including big swimming pool with good sunbeds. Everything very clean! Nice breakfast, excellent dinners (you can't get that quality in a restaurant). Eating outside in a very nice setting.

Everything! A true gem in Provence! Anne and Jean-Pierre are excellent hosts, and they took care of us as well as they do with the Mas. Charming apartments and wonderful surroundings. We will definitely come back!
