Wonderful and friendly staff

The place was extremely nice and wonderful. Staff was very friendly and ready to help with everything that was the highlight of the stay. Sorry I didn't get his name but from the moment we checked in he looked after us very well. Whether it was providing information about surroundings or recommending places.

It was all good just a suggestion to add more lighting in the villa. As it was extremely dark sometimes making it very difficult to see anything.

Perfect stay

Everything about this property was perfect - The location, the room, the breakfast, value for money...... The staff were also incredible and went above and beyond. I was actually sick for a few days and the main host brought me hot water and ginger on a few occasions, prepared me a different breakfast and reassured me that he would take me to a clinic if needed. We also rented motorbikes from the host at a great price. Thank you again and we will definitely be back when in Nusa Penida next.

I was totally satisfied with my stay at Bamboo Bungalow!

Everything was perfect and met my expectations! Staff was friendly and polite. I was asked what exact time I want to have breakfast, and it was served just in time. Breakfast was very simple, but totally complied with the price I paid for my stay. The area is just a bit off the main road, and is very quiet so I had a very good quality sleep overnight.

Amazing place!

I loved everything about this place, it's so well made and so beautiful! Really clean, comfortable rooms and location is great, you get the sounds of the waves and crickets during the nights, as well as the ocean breeze and the most beautiful starry night sky. So beautiful and peaceful I wish I'd had more nights booked here. Staff is amazing and so helpful, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this place enough, it will be well worth your money!

Great value for money, great breakfast, very nice and cozy, great staff. We had a very spacious cottage. The resort is very quiet and very close to the sea.

Nothing. Just to warn that it is not a fancy property, it’s a low cost accommodation therefore don’t expect the Four Seasons.

Very relaxing accommodation, away from the crowd , in a beautiful garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful, very good breakfast brought to your room, to take on the little terrasse in front of the view. Highly recommanded ! :)

Very friendly staff and very early check in time which was awesome!

We arrived at around 10 and was told that our rooms were ready for us to check in which was awesome especially cos we could freshen up a bit and change outfit for the long day of exploring that day. The staff (I think his name was Kastawan) was pretty knowledgeable about the main attractions in Nusa Penida and was very helpful when we asked for his opinions/ suggestions on certain things. It is also very close to several restaurants esp the chill penida, which was one of our most wanted place to go in Nusa Penida. Overall, nice experience.

La estancia ha sido de lo más agradable en la isla sobre todo gracias a la amabilidad, hospitalidad y facilidades que nos ofreció Putu. Nos ayudó a gestionar el alquiler de la moto y el billete y transporte del barco. La habitación era muy cómoda y el desayuno era sencillo pero delicioso. Tanto la omelette como los pancakes. No hay manera de comunicarse con ellos, no viven en la propiedad y no hay recepción. Una hora esperando cuando llegamos y una hora esperando para el desayuno. Se fue la luz en la noche y como no hay nadie te jorobas hasta que se haga de día. No volvería a ir ni loco.

La cabaña era muy linda con una cama comodísima, las vistas muy bonitas. El personal muy atento y simpático. Me hubiera quedado más días sin dudarlo.

Le faltaba una piscina por pedir algo.
