Nice location (close to the train station) and modern apartment! Just be aware there is no lift and there are a few stairs to carry your bags up!

Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden in der Straße, aber alle belegt. Die Suche nach einem Parkplatz war aufwendig. Gefunden hatten wir einen Platz weit entfernt vom Zielort.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden wieder kommen.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Da es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist kann man im Bett liegend in die Baumkronen schauen. Sehr schön! Schöne Lösung für mehr Licht mit dem Dachfenster. Gemütlich eingerichtet, alles da was gebraucht wird. Schönes Badezimmer, die Wohnung groß und sehr sauber.

Super Lage für einen Lübeck-Besuch

Kleine Dachgeschosswohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Der kurze Weg zum Lübecker Hauptbahnhof ist ein klares Plus, nicht nur wegen der Verkehrsanbindung, sondern auch wegen des Bäckers und des Supermarktes. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Zugangsdaten wurden rechtzeitig mitgeteilt. Die von manchen Reisenden bemängelte geringe Deckenhöhe war für mich kein Problem. Dies war mein zweiter Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und ich würde dort auch wieder übernachten.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr gute Lage, nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Hbf und von der Innenstadt entfernt. Zwei Stationen mit der Bahn zum Timmendorfer Strand und 90 Minuten mit einem Schiff nach Travemünde, einfach perfekt! Mehrere Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parksituation: Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist, mit Auto wäre es eher schwierig. Die Straße ist voll mit "kreativ" geparkten Autos, kreuz und quer zwischen den Bäumen 🌳🌳🌳 und anderen Autos. Einen freien Parkplatz zu finden ist Glückssache. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und ist ruhig. Die steile Treppe war für uns kein Problem, für Menschen mit Einschränkungen eher ungeeignet. Nach der letzten Stufe ist gleich die Wohnungstür, sodass man mit einer Hand den Koffer halten und mit der anderen die Tür aufmachen muss. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr hell. Die Schräge waren für uns (1,60 m) kein Problem, für größere Menschen eher problematisch. Das Bad ist sehr groß, Dusche mit einem Vorhang, Tücher vorhanden. Die Küche ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte jedoch eine Mikrowelle.

Super!!!

Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten un sauberen Zustand. Ich würde sie immer wieder buchen. Auch wenn es ein Parkplatzproblem gibt, aber das würde ich gern wieder in Kauf nehmen. Die Aussrattung war super. Als kleinen Wunsch würde ich mir beim nächsten Mal einen Toaster wünschen. Ansonsten gibt es überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar.

Eine eigentlich schöne Wohnung mit Mängel, auf die deutlich hingwiesen werden müsste!

eigentlich eine sehr schöne Wohnung, Aufteilung dser Räume war sehr gut. Es war alles vorhanden, bis auf ein Toaster den man für eine der beiden Kaffeemaschienen ersetzen könnte!

eine sehr schöne Wohnung, jetzt kommt das aber: Treppe ist nicht gleich Treppe; hier eine relativ steile Treppe in den 3.Stock! Wir sind 182 und 168 cm groß und müssen uns in sehr vielen Bereichen der Wohnung nur gebückt bewegen, da die Raumhöhe dort deutlich niedriger als normal ist, z.B. vom Klo aufstehen und gerade stehen geht nicht! Um sich an die niedrige Höhe zu gewöhnen, hat es einige schmerzhafte Kopfstöße gegeben! Das Waschbecken im Bad ist mehrere Nummern zu klein! Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer kann genutzt werden aber es wird zu dieser Jahreszeit ab ca. 5h hell, da die Fenster NICHT verdunkelt werden können, warum hier nicht die gleichen Rollläden wie im Schlafzimmer?

Sehr einfach , mit super Lage!

Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist unschlagbar so kann man schnell ans Meer fahren. Preis Leistung ist gut! Der Vermieter war schnell erreibar und hat das TV täglich neu eingerichtet. Leider hält es nicht dauerhaft! Küche mit gutem neuen Herd ausgestattet!

Wenn das Schlafsofa funktionieren würde und nicht so durchgesesen wäre, könnte dort auch jemand schlafen. Da leider wie schon mehrfach beschrieben das Bett sehr hart ist, könnte als Alternative genutzt werden. Kleinigkeiten wie ein Toster und wenn der Esstisch nicht so instabil wäre, würden diese Maßnahme die Wohnung noch aufwerten. Das Treppenhaus ist von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen nicht zu empfehlen dass muss man nur wissen....

Es war wirklich aussergewöhnlich.

Es war alles da was für eine Ferienwohnung gebraucht wird. Kurze Wege zum Bahnhof und Busbahnhof. Zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zur Altstadt und zum Hafen. Eine Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Als Personen mit einer Körperhöhe über 1,70 m sind wir viel gebückt durch die Wohnung gelaufen. Zu erwähnen wäre auch, dass die Treppe direkt bis zur Wohnungstür geht. Ein Abstellen von schwerem Gepäck ist nur auf den Treppenstufen möglich. Ein Parkplatz ist Glückssache. Wer einmal das Fahrzeug richtig abgestellt hat, benutzt es nicht wieder.

Ruhig gelegene Stadtwohnung mit Charm

Die Entfernung vom Bahnhof oder in die Stadt sind zu Fuß super zu erreichen. Man kann mit Glück in der Straße kostenfrei parken. Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich sehr ruhig. Wir können sie weiter empfehlen. Was hat uns nicht so gut gefallen … die Matratzen waren uns zu hart und die Trinkbecher könnte man mal austauschen.

Gemütliche und moderne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft in einer tollen Lage. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und kommuniziert gut. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und ist modern eingerichtet. Gelegen in einer ruhigen Straße im 3. OG nahe HBF. Fußläufig ist man in 15 min in der Innenstadt und Supermärkte sind auch sehr nah. Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die Teller waren teilweise nicht sauber. Fremde Haare im Bad / auf dem Fenstersims. Die Decken sind wirklich sehr niedrig - für große Menschen schwierig. Die Matratze ist eher hart. Die Decken und Kissen waren etwas dünn, zumal die Heizung im Schlafzimmer nicht richtig warm wurde.

Hobbit-Wohnung in Altstadt nähe

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung relativ nah zur Altstadt (ca. 10-15 min. zu Fuß). Aldi, Edeka, Penny und Rewe sind sehr nah und zu Fuß erreichbar.

Bis auf den Hauptraum/Küche konnte ich nie aufrecht gehen/stehen. Immer alles gebückt zu machen ist alles andere als erholsam!! Wenn man 1,60m oder kleiner ist, stört es einen nicht. Ein Dachfenster lässt direkt von oben Licht in die Wohnung und erhitzt sie im Sommer. Es kann nur mit einem Stuhl ganz geöffnet werden. Einen richtigen Ausblick gibt es nicht. Laute Geräusche aus dem Flur und Türenknallen. Wenn man mal einen der "kostenlosen Parkplätze" erwischt, wird im Gegenzug dein Auto mit Lindenblütensirup und Blättern überzogen.

Tolle Wohnung, 1A Lage, sehr netter Eigentümer

Die Lage ist hervorragend, sehr zentral aber in einer Art Seitenstraße gelegen und daher nicht zu laut. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit beim Bahnhof. Auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und trotz Dachgeschoss nicht drückend warm, was vor allem im Sommer ein Pluspunkt ist. Auch ein Ventilator steht bereit. Mit dem Eigentümer hatte ich nur per Chat Kontakt, aber dieser zeigte sich sehr kulant und ließ uns zwei Stunden später als geplant die Wohnung verlassen, weil ich vormittags an der TH eine Prüfung hatte und meine Frau mit Baby nicht für den halben Tag zur Uni schleppen wollte. Dafür zeigte er Verständnis, obwohl an dem Tag noch die nächsten Gäste anreisen sollten, was ich sehr schätze. Danke nochmal!

Wir haben lediglich Mikrowelle und Toaster vermisst. Keine Kritik, aber wichtig zu beachten: - Wohnung im 2. OG, kein Aufzug! - Parksituation schwierig (aber machbar) - niedrige Decken (für uns mit 1,75m, bzw. 1,65m kein Problem)

Sehr gemütliche und saubere Wohnung, durch die tiefen Decken vielleicht nicht für große Menschen geeignet aber für uns war die Wohnung perfekt . Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen ..

Ein wenig schwierig war es mit einem Parkplatz , man muss schon Glück haben um einen Platz an der Straße zu bekommen .
