OK for 1 night's stay

Friendly staff, breakfast was included.

The shower started leaking water in the middle of the night. It took about half an hour until that stopped.

Breakfast was fine, and nice that it was included in the price. Service was good despite language barrier. PayPal was supported payment method.

Water temperature in the shower varied a lot. From very cold to hot. No credit card was accepted.

Access of the owner, when he refused to give me the WiFi password The receptionist doesn't speak English, so there was a misunderstanding and I had to search for cash for an hour in the morning, because it didn't work anywhere with the virtual card. Once again, I would like to thank the Rewe employees who helped me.

Nice room, nice quiet location and close enough to walk into Lubeck allowing you to eat and drink.

Large room and clean with the added bonus you could cook for yourself if needed. Great breakfast provided in the price. Added bonus is it's the next road to the Niederegger outlet store. We walked into Lubeck from here and was easy.

Only problem we had was an outlet pipe from the roof draining directly into a container by the room and it was raining therefore was noisy. However a rally fix sorted the problem.

This was a night mare to stay in such palce.

The Apartment rooms are jus located in front of a cat Garage, there is no privacy at all . This must be the labor quarter for the Garage Workers . It is hard to understand that Booking .com has approved such type of Quäkers for the living of tourist . My advise to booking .com to prohibit such rooms in their web site to maintained Booking.com reputation.

This just not a place to stay for touristic or business purpose , this shall only be considered as the labor quarters

Very unfriendly owner. A different phone number for problems should be given, as the owner has no interest in talking to the clients and resolving problems. The bed was very uncomfortable, hard. And not prepared for the third person.

Location was good with easy parking. Plenty of space inside. Good arrival instructions.

Although the apartment looked clean, the stench of stale smoke was awful. It was so strong that you didn't even get used to it after being there for some time. This wasn't a cheap stay either so I wouldn't stay again.

Good value for money and ideal for a short stop over

Good signage made it easy to find and there was plenty of parking. We discovered it's possible to walk to & from centre of Lubeck along the canal (road next to 'enterprise hire' takes you to canal) probably a couple of miles one way so you need to enjoy walking. Good to have breakfast as there are no very local shops.

No through ventilation and not much sound insulation between apartments. There's a water heater under the sink that comes on during the night and woke me up several times even once I'd worked out what it was.

Clean room, heating, hot water, generos shower place. Big room. Very kind stuff. Great breakfast. Good location. Bus station 2minute walk, Niederegger fabric marzipan store 15min walk, Rewe store 8min walk.

The breakfast was good.

The plumping in the bathroom had a terrible smell and needs urgently fixing. Also, people in the adjacent room (Polnish workers?) were very noisy from 6.30 in the morning on which was very disturbing and made it impossible to catch a sufficient amount of sleep.

Good for 2-3 days

It was a good apartment. Very clear inside, nice kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen, I had all that I need: a kettle, a microwave, a small electric stove, and much more. It`s a small apartment but has so much space. And the last one - the bathroom. Super clear and comfortable.

Well, outside it looks like some American motel near the road. The apartments are located in a somewhat industrial area. Even though it was quiet, I might have just been lucky.

The breakfast was good & for once in Germany the coffee was good.

The room was good but cold. No matter how much we turned up the radiator the room was always cold. I think there was a draught coming through the window. The quilts were way too thin for the minus degrees outside.

Disappointing

we booked it reading the reviews and got disappointed when we reached. The room was very dusty and many things in the room were broken. The place has been rated high for its breakfast, which in my opinion was very basic and below average. the beds were uncomfortable and no, there is no electricity socket near the beds. They provided just one toilet paper roll for three people staying for 4 nights! The location is also not very convenient as there is no nearby bus connection later in the evening. The closest bus stop then is 2km approximately. I would definitely not recommend to book this property.

The Hotel will message you a day in advance with check in instructions. You can resolve any issues in the morning with the staff during breakfast hours.

The bed are single beds in the rooms . They are still comfortable after a day of meetings and sightseeing in the city. You can get a good nights rest .

The heat was turned off and there was no hot water, so we could not shower. and in the morning when we should pay, I couldn’t talk to the host because they could not speak English, so we paid fully amount, and when there’s no hot water or heat you should not pay fully amount.

Nice, clean place. Has everything you need for an overnight stay (or maybe 2-3 days). 20 minutes drive from the ferry in Travemünde. Key in a key-box, so you can arrive late. Hosts are friendly and breakfast is good. Good value for money.
