Excellent spacious family friendly apartment just outside the city center.

A spacious and light apartment on two floors. Checkin was very easy and the apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely recommend it!

The coffee was finished, but otherwise everything was perfect! We arrived late in the evening and it was a bit hard to find a parking spot but we found one around the corner in the end.

Comfortable place in a good location for a great price.

Great Location in a quiet area close to the city centre. The apartment was very clean and bigger/more comfortable than expected, and had more than enough space for my friends and I, especially with the 'attic area'.

Walls in the apartment are rather thin so it is easy to annoy neighbours. Stomping from the attic area could be quite load for the people below. There is no elevator access to the room so it's a bit annoying to enter with luggage.

Mit Geschmack eingerichtete geräumige Wohnung. Ca. 20 Min. fußläufig zum Holstentor. Check-in problemlos über Schlüsselsafe. Supermarkt und Bäckerei um die Ecke.

Die Lage des Bads ist etwas ungünstig, Zugang von der Küche, aber für Familien, Freunde kein Problem.

Geräumiges Esszimmer, Küche bietet alles was man braucht.

Ein Schlagzimmer ist auch gleichzeitig das Wohnzimmer, kein separater Durchgang zum WC. Zweites Schlafzimmer extrem niedrige Decke. Letzte Stufe vom Treppenaufgang ist eine Zumutung.

God rummelig lejlighed. Der rent og pænt.

Det var ubehageligt at der var så stort et trin til overetagen. Vi er damer over 65 som skal op om natten. Det er ikke særligt rart at skulle nedenunder.

Schöne Wohnung in Innenstadtnähe

Ruhiges Stadthaus fussläufig in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss und mit viel Gepäck etwas schwierig (kein Aufzug) im Treppenhaus. Ansonsten schön eingerichtet. Wir waren eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen. Die obere Etage ist ein ausgebautes Dachgeschgoss mit Doppelbett und grosser Fläche in der Mitte. Ideal für Kinder zum spielen. Die Decke ist recht niedrig. Sehr gemütlich.

Lage sehr gut zum Zentrum. 10-15 min zu Fuß. Komfortabel und alles da, was man braucht.

Bis auf die Parkplatzsituation war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Wohnung.

Die Parksituation ist nicht gerade sehr gut. Vor allem ist die Stadt Lübeck sehr kleinlich, grenzt schon an Abzocke. Mein Kfz wurde fast abgeschleppt, weil ich anstatt 5, nur 3 Meter vor der nächsten Kreuzung geparkt habe (in einer Einbahnstraße). Nach einer Wartezeit von 10 Minuten wurde direkt der Abschleppdienst gerufen. Ich kam zufällig vorbei und konnte Schlimmeres verhindern. Verwaltungsgebühr für den Abschleppdienst wird trotzdem fällig.

Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig, schöne Wohnung. Parkplatz haben wir immer in der Nähe gefunden.

Die Bettwäsche vom Material 100% Polyester da würde ich mir etwas anderes wünschen.

Чистота и комфорт. Дружелюбный телефонный разговор с хозяином жьлья. Большое спасибо ему. Комфортная кровать убрала всю усталость от 80 км велосипедного тура. Правила пользования жильём просты и понятны. Все продумано до мелочей.

el apartamento excelente, mejor de lo esperado!, la cama muy comoda, todo nuevo, impecable y limpio, realmente el lugar es fantastico, la ubicacion excelente con supermercados cercanos, tambien el anfitrion fue muy amable. 100% recomendado.

El apartamento esta en un ultimo piso y no existe ascensor, sin embargo no es una limitante para la comodidad, limpieza y orden del apartamento.
