Die Übergabe der Wohnung war sehr freundlich. Der Vermieter hat Kerzen angemacht. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für ein Wochenende völlig ok. Ruhige Gegend und man war zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde in der Innenstadt.
Im Bad lief Tag und Nacht ein Luftentfeuchter. Im Bad durfte man sich nicht zu genau umsehen.

Von der Ferienwohnung kann man fußläufig das Stadtzentrum erreichen. Es sind nur ca 30 Minuten.
Die zugehörige Parkfläche ist kostenfrei und liegt nahe dem Hauseingang.
Die Einrichtung sowie die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig
jedoch gibt es etliche Mängel.
Die allgemeine Sauberkeit sowie Schäden an der
Ausstattung sind kritisch zu bewerten:
- Balkon verschmutzt
- Schimmel in der Dusche
- Bleche im Herd total unsauber
- Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer weisen
mehrfache Schäden auf
- Rollo im Schlafzimmer defekt
Für Frühstück und Abendessen wäre zum Transport
der Speisen und Utensilien ein Tablett hilfreich.
Trotzdem haben wir die Zeit in der günstigen
Wohnlage genießen können.

The host was extremely friendly and kindly waited for us until very late to hand over the keys, as our train was significantly delayed. The neighborhood was also very nice and clean, with plenty of greenery around. The location was very convenient—just a 7-minute walk to the nearest bus station, and then around 10 minutes by bus to the Hauptbahnhof. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities.
I think it was a bit cold inside the apartment.

Beliggenheden fantastisk i et roligt boligområde, ca 30-40 min gang til centrum. Privat/ egen parkering til bilen som var med i prisen. Meget sød og venlig værtinde. Der var alt i lejligheden vi skulle bruge til en ferie i byen. Vi kommer MEGET gerne igen:)
