Very pleasant stay

The host was extremely friendly and kindly waited for us until very late to hand over the keys, as our train was significantly delayed. The neighborhood was also very nice and clean, with plenty of greenery around. The location was very convenient—just a 7-minute walk to the nearest bus station, and then around 10 minutes by bus to the Hauptbahnhof. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities.

I think it was a bit cold inside the apartment.

Lübeck Apartment Review

The place was absolutely well managed and efficiently planned. One could take an inspiration on how to efficiently utilize space. Very nicely designed apartment. Facilities in the apartment were top notch. The owner was very friendly and communicative.

The Wifi signal was very unstable. I had to switch to my own mobile network hotspot to be able to use the internet. The heating system in the apartment was slightly lower than a comfortable level (18 degrees was the max one could reach). Not a major issue but just that one must layer up a bit to feel cozier.

Für ein Wochenende völlig ausreichend.

Die Übergabe der Wohnung war sehr freundlich. Der Vermieter hat Kerzen angemacht. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für ein Wochenende völlig ok. Ruhige Gegend und man war zu Fuß in einer halben Stunde in der Innenstadt.

Im Bad lief Tag und Nacht ein Luftentfeuchter. Im Bad durfte man sich nicht zu genau umsehen.

Günstige Ferienwohnung mit Verbesserungspotential

Von der Ferienwohnung kann man fußläufig das Stadtzentrum erreichen. Es sind nur ca 30 Minuten. Die zugehörige Parkfläche ist kostenfrei und liegt nahe dem Hauseingang. Die Einrichtung sowie die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig jedoch gibt es etliche Mängel.

Die allgemeine Sauberkeit sowie Schäden an der Ausstattung sind kritisch zu bewerten: - Balkon verschmutzt - Schimmel in der Dusche - Bleche im Herd total unsauber - Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer weisen mehrfache Schäden auf - Rollo im Schlafzimmer defekt Für Frühstück und Abendessen wäre zum Transport der Speisen und Utensilien ein Tablett hilfreich. Trotzdem haben wir die Zeit in der günstigen Wohnlage genießen können.

Beliggenheden fantastisk i et roligt boligområde, ca 30-40 min gang til centrum. Privat/ egen parkering til bilen som var med i prisen. Meget sød og venlig værtinde. Der var alt i lejligheden vi skulle bruge til en ferie i byen. Vi kommer MEGET gerne igen:)

Die ruhige günstige Lage und den netten Empfang. Die Betten und das Schlafsofa waren für uns sehr angenehm. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Danke. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Ruhiger, schöner Aufenthalt, einfach, komme gern wieder

Sehr netter Kontakt, schnell alles geklärt. Super sauber, ordentlich… Zum Kochen ist wirklich fast Alles da, was ich auch schon anders erlebt habe. Selbst ein paar Hausschuhe für mehrere Personen, großartig…

Mir hat soweit Alles gefallen, die Einrichtung ist nicht mein Stil. Aber das ist GeschmackSache.

Gut geeignet für einen Besuch von Lübeck

Die Ferienwohnung ist gross und für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt geeignet. Ganz offensichtlich wurde sie neu renoviert und entsprechend ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Einige Geschäfte, inkl. Wäscherei sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Pizzeria: Mani in Pasta einfach nur sensationell Die Lage selbst ist in einer ruhigen Strasse, die Stadt gut zu Fuß in ca. 25 Minuten erreichbar.

nur ein Handtuch pro Person entspricht nicht dem Standard. Aber hier wird sicher noch nachgebessert.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Lübeck.

Da wir ja wussten, was uns erwartet(ansonsten hätten wir etwas anderes gebucht), waren wir auch weitgehend zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und ihrer Lage. Natürlich ist es direkt in der Altstadt schöner, aber für uns waren Stellplätze für Auto und Fahrräder wichtig.

Einige wenige Ausstattungsergänzungen sollten erfolgen, um die Wohnlichkeit zu erhöhen. Diesbezüglich kontaktierte ich bereits den Vermieter, der gewiss meine Empfehlungen beherzigt.
