About this apartment rental

Located in a magnificent urbanization, typically Andalusian, with its swimming pool equipped with deckchairs, superb tropical gardens and superb barbecue area, the apartment accommodates from 2 to 6 people.

Apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room-dining room with its terrace, bathroom, separate toilet and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
The grocery stores, the castle, El Castillo, the marina and its beaches, Puerto de la Duquesa, are only 500 meters from the village. There you will find many restaurants, pubs and shops.
No need to start your car, everything is accessible on foot.
Your vehicle can park in front of the accommodation in the free car park.
Entertainment and various excursions are organized throughout the year.

85 km from Malaga airport, 35 km from the rock of Giblartar, 10 km from Estepona, 25 km from Marbella and 30 minutes from Tangier (Morocco), its exceptional geographical location makes it an ideal place for holidays.

El verano pasado nos alojamos 15 días mi esposa, hija y yo en este apartamento; su estado es aceptable aunque mejorable (un solo juego de sábanas y toallas para los 15 días, bombillas fundidas que no se repusieron, escasa iluminación en la terraza, rayones y grietas en paredes). Lo mejor la amplitud, muy bien el sistema de A/A, y bien las piscinas de la urbanización. Lo peor la plaza de parking (muy difícil aparcar un coche grande). Y muy deficiente el trato recibido de la dueña (una tal Margaret). Fue con nosotros muy desagradable y borde antes y durante la estadía. Tuvimos que esperar hora y media para la entrega de llaves, tras ocho horas de viaje. No había nadie esperándonos, pese a haber acordado con la dueña la hora de llegada (4 tarde en recepción urbanización). Su teléfono de contacto no estaba operativo y tuvimos que recurrir al teléfono de Vrbo; tras numerosas llamadas y el sofocón de verte timado, apareció un individuo extranjero que nos llevó al apartamento, desconociendo su ubicación, hasta que por fin dio con él. Conservo todos los comentarios que nos cruzamos con la dueña como demostración de quién sabe estar y quién echa de su casa a la gente. Fue nuestro caso, que repetiremos por la zona, pero para nada en este alojamiento. No se debe ir de sobrada y sabionda por la vida. Nunca habíamos recibido un trato tan ruin y desvergonzado de alguien a quien no conoces y le pagas un servicio que te cuesta una buena pasta.

Très bel appartement spacieux et pratique avec 2 salles de bain dont une avec baignoire hydromasseuse ,pas loin de la mer et une piscine à 30 mètres de l'appartement. Tout le confort en électroménagers et mobilier.Terrasse au frais .Place de parking dans le garage souterain. Appartement très propre et bien entretenu

un appartement de qualité avec tout le confort pour y séjourner Décoré avec goût, literie au top. Cadre exceptionnel, au calme avec beaucoup de verdure et une magnifique vue. De nombreuses piscines avec un cadre magnifique. Très bonne situation géographique pour y faire de magnifiques balades et visiter (port, restaurants, magasins, balades et sortie en mer...) A recommander sans hésiter ❤
