Spaceous. Nice views from the balcony. Good bed linen. Quiet. Direct elevator access from apartment door right to the parking place in the basement.

We’ve always treated properties with respect, which is why I don't like security deposits. But at least the refunding was quick — already on the day we moved out.

Excellent séjour près du port de La Duquesa !

Nous avons passé 6 nuits formidables dans cet appartement très bien situé, à deux pas du port de La Duquesa. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter des restaurants, de la plage et de l’ambiance du port, tout en restant dans un cadre calme et reposant. L’appartement est spacieux, très propre, joliment décoré et parfaitement équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, cuisine complète, etc.). Les lits sont confortables et la literie est de qualité. Les deux chambres sont très pratiques, notamment pour une famille comme la nôtre. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la connexion wifi rapide et le parking gratuit sur place. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter !

L'appartement offre une perspective unique où la mer scintillante dialogue avec les lumières de la ville, tandis que les montagnes imposantes veillent à l'horizon. Et la touche de verdure, avec le golf à proximité, apporte une sensation de calme et de bien-être. Un séjour rendu encore plus agréable par la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire. Le calme de la résidence est également très appréciable, tout comme la propreté irréprochable de la piscine, où il fait bon se détendre. Un véritable havre de paix avec une vue exceptionnelle et des hôtes attentionnés.

La tranquilidad, las vistas son maravillosas y no hay que subir ni un solo escalón para llegar al ático.

Hay tranquilidad porque no hay bares en la urbanización y la playa queda a dos kilómetros pero se aparcar bien y gratis.
