2173-Superb apt with amazing seaview

The property is ideal for 4 people with good facilities. The 2 bedrooms were adequate for a short stay. Bathrooms were a decent size and the shower was hot and powerful. Kitchen facilities were good and there was plenty of storage. The balcony was overlooking the pool area .

There could have been a prepared welcome pack that would have helped, and we didn't feel the apartment was fully ready to receive 5 guests . The property was difficult to find at night as the address / map didn't direct us to the property or gate . When we eventually found the property ( had to ask a security agent at a different property) , the block numbers were not illuminated so we couldn't find the right door. When we got in to the front door we found a lift lined with cardboard and then when we accessed the apartment, the power was off and we had to locate the fuse box . The power did go off more times during the stay . The main bathroom had a terrible drain smell on arrival which made it unusable. The WiFi did not work and there was zero phone reception in the apartment . We had to drive towards the port to get phone coverage just to get the issues resolved. I made 6 calls to the office on the way down to the port, and could not get a reply...I did get a call back and the maintenance guy came out and dealt with the issues. If you didn't have a car it would have been pretty difficult to get the issues resolved as there was no phone coverage . The guy sorted the smelly drain and added a new router . We had to then connect the TV to the router in order to watch TV or play music. To enter and leave the apartment and complex the 2 door keys and gate fob were required and there was only one set. This limited movement unless we all wanted to remain together. We once remained at the apartment as the towels required washing (1 hand and 1 bath each for the duration) and we had to wait several hours for the machine to finish . There could have been simple instructions for a quick wash which would help. On the day we remained at the apartment we found we could not access the pool area as we were not supplied with a key fob to get in. We had to get a trusting resident to allow us access and make sure there was always someone there to get back in.

L’appartement dispose de tout le confort. Il est très bien équipé. C’est propre, lumineux et décoré avec soin. La terrasse avec vue sur le mer est un vrai plus. C’est tellement agréable de manger face a cette vue chaque jour. L’appartement est bien situé. La résidence est calme ainsi que la piscine. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter

Lo espacioso que es. Espacios diáfanos y bien equipado. Cubre todas las necesidades .

La localización. Está un poco lejos para bajar andando hasta la playa. No dispone de un paseo marítimo animado, sólo los locales del puerto. Por tanto por la noche se hace aburrido al no tener lugar donde distendirse en familia, relajados y dando un paseo.

Apartament zgodnie z opisem wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty do mieszkania podczas wakacji (samemu czy z rodziną). Parking w garażu zapewniał ochronę samochodu przed dużą ilością piasku obecnego w Hiszpanii (szczególnie w nadmorskich miejscowościach). Basen dostępny zgodnie z opisem. Osiedle zamykane, ilość drzwi i zabezpieczeń w zupełności wystarczają aby czuć się bezpiecznie wraz ze swoim bagażem. Widok z tarasu zgodny ze zdjęciami.

Poziom czystości pozostawiał nieco do życzenia - nie było śmieci czy ewidentnych nieczystości lecz niektóre z elementów szczególnie łazienki mogły być wyczyszczone/utrzymane w nieco lepszej kondycji (do zniesienia). Parking w garażu mieścił małe auto segmentu B, w przypadku większych aut np. kombi może być problem z wielkością miejsca parkingowego.
