Located in a quiet area in a secure residence with swimming pools, including one for children. This tastefully decorated apartment is just a few minutes by car from the lively centre. Within a fifteen-minute walk, enjoy the bars, restaurants of Puerto de la Duquesa and shops of San Luis De Sabinillas.

2 bedrooms (one with a King size bed of 180 x 200 and one with two single beds of 90 x 200). Both have large wardrobes and have access to a balcony-terrace, with no overlooking.
A pleasant bright stay with sea view, ultra-comfortable sofa and Smart TV + wifi. A 2-person sofa bed in the living room comfortably accommodates 2 additional guests.
2 bathrooms, one fitted with a jacuzzi bath and the other with an Italian shower. Both equipped with a WC.

El piso es muy bonito y acogedor. Además está muy bien equipado, la cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios.
La televisión, no tenían cable de antena y solo pudimos ver la TV por internet (TDT Chanel ), dos canales TVE 1 y TVE 2. ¡Deberían de comprar una TV que hoy en día no son tan caras!
