Come fall in love with PARADISE! One of the best parts of this private condo is the close proximity to the amazing Coco Beach! You are only a 5-6 minute walk to the beach and just a block from multiple restaurants and a mini market. No need to rent a car if you stay here, which will save you $$$ hundreds!
This fully furnished beautiful 2 bedroom unit comes with a nice kitchen and plenty of comfy room to dine with friends and family. The custom hardwood pantry & cabinets offer a Costa Rican styled setting and a comfortable area to enjoy meals, or just relax after a day on the beach.
Both bedrooms reside on the 2nd floor - the master has a comfortable king bed and the guest room has 2 nice twin beds. Maximum of 4 people please.
The pool area comes complete with outdoor furniture, a small bar with counter space to prepare an afternoon snack, and an outdoor shower. The water depth is great for doing laps or lounging around on floaters if you prefer to swim just outside your front door.

Melina the host was wonderful very helpful in getting us transported from the airport to the unit. Condo was in a great location could walk everywhere and the pool was fantastic. Great place to spend time away from the cold

We truly enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the property manager (Melina) was very helpful in organizing our excursions to make the most of our family holiday.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Our communication with the manager was outstanding and she went out of her way to provide a snorkeling experience as well as an alternate travel option to a nearby beach. I recommend this experience for anybody looking for a safe and quiet beach option.

Our stay at this property was overall fine. The unit was clean as described. However, it lacked all the basic amenities that makes it feel welcoming. We stayed in five other places during our trip to Costa Rica and all of them had the basic essentials you would want for a trip
