Location, space and stunning amenities - Paradizio 207 has it all! This spacious, second floor condo measures almost 1,000 square feet and offers an ideal blend of comfort and convenience.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Paradizio is a newly revamped complex that is absolutely perfectly located for vacationers. Smack dab between downtown Coco, the ocean and the great restaurants and shops, this gated complex has more than just location going for it! Enjoy digital entry for enhanced security, a dedicated covered parking spot, and a large pool complete with loungers, a BBQ rancho with an outdoor kitchen, and ample covered seating options for relaxation and leisure.
Guests have private access to the condo and share the complex amenities with vacationers and residents of Paradizio.
Unfortunately, the Paradizio complex does not have an elevator.
The condo features two huge bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV and a futon that can double as extra sleeping space. For couples travelling together or families sharing a vacation, the configuration and location of the bedrooms makes each its own tranquil getaway. With two bathrooms, a cozy living room furnished with two comfortable couches and another Smart TV, and a laundry closet with a full-sized washer and dryer, this condo provides all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, complemented by a dining area that seats four.

NEW NEIGHBORS - There is a new building going up adjacent to the community and we know construction could be a bother on vacation, so we want to be up front about it. Note that construction only happens during the day and will not interrupt your time inside the condo, though you may have occasional construction noise while enjoying the Paradizio amenities. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!

The condo was comfortable and safe. The pool area is beautiful and the whole complex is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We had a great time at Coco Beach!

Excellent stay with kids. Comfortable, clean and homely with a great pool. Everything you need, great aircon, good showers. Very comfortable and would have loved to stay longer.

Great pool, condo, and location. Only complaint was the busy street with live band at bar across the street one night. Otherwise everything was perfect.
