Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! FULLY updated in April 2025, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo is nestled in a gated complex. Conveniently located between Main Street and the beach, the location gives you easy access to everything from shops and restaurants to the sandy shore and ocean waves of Playas del Coco.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Paradizio is a newly updated complex that is absolutely perfectly located for vacationers. Smack dab between downtown Playas del Coco, the ocean and the great restaurants and shops, this gated complex has more than just location going for it! Enjoy digital entry for enhanced security, a dedicated covered parking spot, and a large pool complete with loungers, a BBQ rancho with an outdoor kitchen, and ample covered seating options for relaxation and leisure. Easily walk to great restaurants, the beach, and downtown. You are also just a 1-minute walk to the town's Sunday artisan market!
Guests have private access to the condo and share the complex amenities with vacationers and residents of Paradizio.
The condo offers an open layout with a large eat-in kitchen featuring full-sized stainless-steel appliances, and a dining table with seating for four (+two more if using the desk chairs). The living area is perfect for winding down after a day in the sun, with a cozy sectional, a 65" smart TV, and a dedicated workspace if you need to check in with school or the office. Both bedrooms have comfy King beds, smart TVs and ample clothing storage. The sophisticated decor extends to each bathroom, with large shower stalls, local wood and ample storage space. The primary bedroom has a futon sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space - great for families!

NEW NEIGHBORS - There is a new building going up adjacent to the community and we know construction could be a bother on vacation, so we want to be up front about it. Note that construction only happens during the day and will not interrupt your time inside the condo, though you may have occasional construction noise while enjoying the Paradizio amenities. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!
EXTRA GUEST FEE - Nightly pricing is based on 4 guests. If using the futon sofa as a sleeping space, an additional $25/night fee will apply. This rate will calculate automatically based on the # of guests on the booking.
