As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.
Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

This was a great location to the main area of Coco and close enough to the beach with a rental car or rented golf cart. The property manager was extremely attentive and very friendly. We were 6 adults 50 and loved the quiet villa. The house had everything we needed. Additional outdoor chairs, pool floaties & beverage cooler.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful three-bedroom condo. It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach and nearby amenities. My family and I had a blast, and I’d come back in a heartbeat!
