About this house rental
In the beautiful area of Costa Paradiso, Sardinia, Casa di Bianca is a pretty terraced house, free on three sides, in a complex of 6, in a quiet, discreet and panoramic area with a shared swimming pool.
From the 3 large terraces, which overlook the garden and in the front row towards the swimming pool, you can enjoy the infinite view of the sea and the surrounding nature; it has a small private garden, barbecue and every comfort, in addition to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests of the 6 villas, open from June to mid-September.
It is the ideal place to relax feeling at home, to have an aperitif and to dine enjoying beautiful sunsets, to stroll and explore the surroundings between the red rocks of Gallura and the Mediterranean scrub,
and of course to experience the sea of Sardinia, reaching its wonderful beaches or going in search of hidden coves.
Inside the house there is a large living room with two sofas, buffet, table and chairs for 6 people, perfectly equipped kitchen wall equipped with every accessory, two pleasant bedrooms that open onto the terraces towards the sea, a bathroom and a service area.
On the back, a patio with barbecue and a comfortable outdoor shower (see the house's amenities in detail below).

There is a private medical service within Costa Paradiso - very close to the house. Medical guards and hospitals are a few kilometers away.

A sports center with restaurant is within walking distance.
Two shopping centers, also with fruit, fresh meat and fish shops, gastronomy, patisserie, boutiques, supermarket, bars and restaurants and everything you need, can be reached by car in a few minutes.
From the restaurants and bars located in different areas of Costa Paradiso you can enjoy the pleasures of sight and palate.

The Costa Paradiso area offers many opportunities for fun, sports (including diving and boat rental), hiking along the coast or inland, as well as being within easy reach of wonderful beaches.
Its strategic position allows you to easily visit famous places, such as Stintino , Castelsardo or Santa Teresa di Gallura, or Porto Cervo and others, but Gallura is also dotted with villages rich in typical charm and culture, with inimitable and very precious craftsmanship, popular festivals and traditions, which are worth discovering. Then there are the archaeological sites, the cork woods and the monumental ogliastri (olive trees), and much more.

Stayed for a week with family. Casa di Bianca is well situated with a fine view, a short drive from the village centre. It's really well equipped - for example in addition to the shower in the bathroom, there's also a poolside shower, and a third one outside at the back - really useful when coming back from the beach. The pool is a good depth for kids - our 8-year-old could just about stand up throughout - but deep enough for adults to swim. The wild boar snuffling around are very sweet (and not very wild). The air conditioning unit is in the kitchen/living room and works well, but there's no separate aircon in the bedrooms - we were there in hot weather, so needed to keep the bedroom doors open. Lots of helpful tips and information from Eleonora. Our favourite beach was Li Ferula, which is a 25-minute drive away, but others are closer - Li Cossi is spectacular but crowded. The Calice d'Oro restaurant is excellent.

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in this appartement. The sevice from Eleonora was outstanding, and the surrounding (nature, beach, sea, silence) was extraordinary.

Great host with lots of information and help with our trip and things to do. Lovely little villa just perfect for us. Felt like home to us for our 2 weeks. We loved breakfast on the balcony with a lovely view and the sound of the little hogs bombing about !....dont use local supermarket go find a MD 15 minutes away much better choice and £......loved our stay in Casa Bianca ..xx
