Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), park, well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Outdoor shower, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach 300 m.

Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), 1 sleeping facility, shower/WC, electric heating and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 sofabed and 1 french bed (160 cm), 1 pull-out bed, shower/WC, electric heating and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower/WC, electric heating and air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (steep stair) with sloping ceilings, 1 room, ceiling height 170 - 190 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm), hip bath/WC, electric heating and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Sep. WC. Einfach ein Super Haus. Fast keine Beanstandungen bis auf die Filterkaffee Maschine, hier sollte man unbedingt Filter mitnehmen,da keine zu kaufen sind. Die Spühlmaschine stand unter Strom, was wir beanstandet haben. Aber der Elektriker sagte aber es seialles in Ordnung. ist eben Italien. Das Problem liegt eher darin das der Backofen Masse über die Spühlmaschine zieht und so sollte man bei eingeschaltetem Backofen Vorsichtig sein.Aber was Schockt, ist der Dreck der an den Straßen liegt oder auch im Wald. Dies ist aber ein Italienisches Problem. So findet sich auf dieser Wunder schönen Insel, überall Müll. Der Strand ist 300m entfernt. Die Ruine am Strand beeinträchtigt nicht und der Strand ist sehr schön. Reisetipps: Die Küste ist sehr schön bis Porto Torres.Dann folgt der Industriehafen und danach hat man wieder viele Strände und Klippen.Der nördliche Teil der Insel ist sehenswert und es gibt sehr viel zu sehen.Aber man sollte unbediengt ins Landesinnere fahren und ncht nur nach dem Reiseführer schauen. Die Sarden sind sehr freundliche Menschen und dies gilt es zu erkunden, sowie das Essen, dass hier Preisgünstig ist. So bekommt man schon ab 5 Euro eine Pizza. Einfach hier Urlaub machen, es Lohnt sich.

Gepflegte sehr grosszügige Unterkunft, top Service, sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Garten wird gut bewirtschaftet. Sehr empfehlenswert mit Kindern, ist eingehagt.
