About this house rental
Our "Cuile" (sheepfold-farm) is a holiday house of 80 m2 located in the extreme northwest of Sardinia. Built in the late 18th century and completely renovated in October 2015, it can accommodate up to 12 people without compromising the vital space of each one. This house is ideal for lovers of green tourism.
The interior is divided by a semi-open space plan with the central common area (living room-dining room and kitchen).
In the northern and southern parts are situated the bedrooms topped with two mezzanines.
To the southpart contains two bedrooms, one of which have a staircase that leads to the south mezzanine.
In the north, another bedroom contains also a second staircase bringing to the north mezzanine.
A lounge room is situate under this last mezzanine and it can be chane one more bedroom (sofa bed 1.70m) isolated by a closed-screen.
All bedrooms and mezzanines can accommodate two people (double bed or twin beds).
The two bathrooms are located on each side of the kitchen.
Outside you'll have pleasantly shaded veranda sheltered of the prevailing wind.
Laundry (washing and ironing) is available in the "pinnetta" (traditional round hut with a roof of branches).
A aboveground pool of 7,30m x 3,75m (deepness1,20m) is available
The Cuile overlooks the 3ha fenced plot of the property and the whole nature of the surroundings. The area is quiet and safe.

The cliff is far 200m. A steep path leads to the rocky shoreline of the sea (fishing rods in the "pinnetta").
Animals of the garrigue, sheep, cows, will be your only neighbors.
The many trails are available for hiking or cycling! It is the ideal place for fishing enthusiasts, diving, snorkeling, hiking on foot or by bicycle ...

Wer eine Ferienwohnung in absolut ruhiger Umgebung sucht ist hier richtig! Rund um das Haus nur Natur und das Meer mit einer schönen Schnorchelbucht ist auch nicht weit weg. Schönes geräumiges Haus mit Pool. 3 Zimmer mit je 2 Betten + 2 zusätzliche Doppelbetten auf der Empore. Zur Not kann auch noch das Sofe im WOhnzimmer zu einem Bett umfunktioniert werden.
Das Haus ist ideal für 5 bis max 8 Personen aus meiner Sicht.
Nette Vermieterin, die immer erreichtbar war.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gite, en pleine nature mais qui permet de rayonner vers pas mal de sites à moins d'une heure de route (alghero, grotte de Neptune, ile d'asinara...). La mer est accessible en 5 min à pied (rochers) et une plage à 5 min en voiture. Le gîte est très bien aménagé, fonctionnel, décoration moderne. Une grande piscine installée cette annee ! Seul bémol peut être : pas d'eau potable au gîte.

we really liked il cuile. we were the group of 8 adults + 1 baby and the house was perfectly comfortable for us. 2 bathrooms are great as there were no queues, kitchen is small but we have managed it, surrounding is beautiful - cows, cats, birds, amazing sunsets. the only disadvantage was that there is not a potable water but this is the problem of the big part of sardinia. we just did not know it. we were perfectly satisfied, we strongly recommend this accommodation, we enjoyed our stay there.
