About this house rental
The newly renovated, Country Club Paradise Village, is perched on the cliffs at the Punta su Torrione with magnificent views across the surrounding countryside and out to sea. It is 12 kilometres from the famous beach La Pelosa and the beautiful fishing village of Stintino where you can take a boat to the Asinara island and protected marine park around it.
The Club comprises a main complex with shops, bars and restaurants set out around squares, lakes and two swimming pools. From here a bus runs to the beaches and the country. (the nearest beach is “le Saline” 10 mins).
The villa is semi detached and conveniently situated 5 mins walk from the main complex. The garden is equipped with outside shower, barbeque and a covered terrace where you can eat and relax. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine, bathroom, one double bedroom and a living/dining room with French windows overlooking the garden. On the first floor there is a toilet and two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a one double bedroom. In the living/dining there is 2 double sofa bed.

Freundliche und entgegenkommende Vermieter und Hausverwalterin vor Ort. Geräumiges Objekt mit allem, was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Zona tranquilla, vicina alle spiagge ma non alle grandi città con la movida notturna. Esperienza positiva e molto gentile e disponibile la proprietaria.

Das Haus liegt im Umfeld einer großen Hotel-/Ferienanlage. Da wir in der Nachsaison dort waren, war alles geschlossen und es wahr sehr ruhig.
Die Lage und Aussicht ist sehr schön, wenn man von der Baustelle nebenan absieht, aber die dürfte bald abgeschlossen sein.
Das Haus selber ist großzügig und die Einrichtung bietet fast alles was man benötigt. Ich hätte nur ein paar wenige Verbesserungsvorschläge:
- Das Bett im Erdgeschoss hat einen Federrost, was nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß ist. Wenn man schlecht liegt und schläft, kann das den ganzen Urlaub vermiesen.
- Es gab keine Weingläser. Wir haben 2 Stück gekauft und gespendet.
- Die Beleuchtung in der Küche ist etwas ungünstig angebracht und man steht beim Kochen im Schatten.
Da wir uns mit allem arrangieren konnten gibt es nicht wirklich etwas zu kritisieren.
Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und kulant - dafür noch mal ein extra Dankeschön
