About this villa rental
Villa, recent, surrounded by greenery in an atmosphere of relaxation, one minute from the town and ten minutes from the sea. It offers a stay in the name of nature in a relaxing and familiar environment while having the opportunity to access all services in a very short time. We are ten minutes from the port and twenty from the airport. Friendliness, elegance and hospitality are our business card. In our structure you will find a beautiful panoramic terrace furnished both to enjoy during the day our splendid sun and in the evening of our fresh breathing pure and uncontaminated air, also the large verandas will allow you to have your meals in a quiet and relaxing environment , surrounded by greenery, olive and fruit trees. Another veranda is dedicated to the kitchen, which includes, in addition to a large barbecue, everything you need to prepare any good dish. The rooms are large and tastefully furnished, all complete with air conditioning, TV, desk and sitting area. During the stay, during the period, it is possible to taste our fruit, pears, apples, figs, cherries, apricots and plums directly from the plants. The property is located a few minutes from the town where you can find various services: restaurants, pizzerias, post offices, banks, supermarkets etc. From the villa you can reach the most famous seaside resorts in a short time. The structure is equipped with an "above ground" swimming pool 800x400h150 and sunbeds for relaxing. The villa is on two levels served by a flight of stairs. The 5 beds are intended for the months of September - October

Superbe maison à l'image de l'annonce, propriétaire sympathique et disponible.
Les deux terrasses ainsi que la cuisine extérieure sont des vrais plus, sans oublier la piscine qui est vraiment très agréable.
Nous avons séjourné à 6 sans se marcher les uns sur les autres.

On recommande sans hésitation. Très grande maison, avec un aménagement idéal pour plusieurs familles, belle prestations, proche de toutes les commodités, des plages et de sites historiques, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au calme au milieu des Oliviers, Pietro le propriétaire est aux petits soins et a eu pleins de petites attentions en nous apportant régulièrement des spécialités Sardes, merci Pietro et on espère à bientôt! »

Les propriétaires pietro et son épouse ont été vraiment très chaleureux et à l’ecoute, villa très agréable avec un espace extérieur très bien aménagé. Je recommande vivement !!! Vous ne serez pas déçu
