In the northwest of Sardinia, in the region of Sassari, you will find the stylish and spacious vacation home "Capriccio Mediterraneo". It is wheelchair-accessible and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) with en-suite bathrooms, another bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, a television, a hair dryer and a washing machine. Furthermore, the vacation home is equipped with a large balcony, which offers you a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape and the sea. In the private outdoor area you will find a covered terrace, a 1 ha big garden and an outdoor shower. The nearest beach, Platamona beach, is about 4 km away, which by car takes about 8 minutes. The nearest supermarket is 2 km away. The city center of Sassari is 10 minutes by car. There are also numerous restaurants, bars and cafes, which invite you to stay, as well as a tennis club 200 m from the property. For those interested in history we recommend a visit to the archaeological sites of Monte d'Accoddi and the necropolis of Su Crucifissu Mannu, both of which are only 5-6 km away. Furthermore, the vacation home is only 30 minutes by car from Castelsardo, Stintino and Alghero, and the Alghero airport is also a 30-minute drive away.

Pros: Proprietario gentile e disponibile, sia per quanto riguarda il check-in, il check-out e la presentazione dell'immobile.
Casa molto spaziosa e luminosa, dotata di tutti i dispositivi necessari per il soggiorno.
Situata all'interno di un'ampia proprietà permette di godersi passeggiate in giardino e pasti all'aperto.
Consiglio vivamente anche per la posizione centrale rispetto alle varie aree turistiche.

Pros: Giovannie und seine Eltern, die gleich neben der Unterkunft wohnen, sind sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite und gute Gastgeber. Wir und die Kinder haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und die Küche etc. hat alles was man braucht.
