Posizione incantevole, vista con tramonti romantici, parcheggio interno utilissimo, arredamento moderno e di qualità, climatizzazione efficiente e funzionale, locali ampi, struttura in periferia ben collegata.
Infissi di qualità ma con necessità di manutenzione, tubature idrauliche rumorose, insonorizzazione non adeguata, pulizia da rivedere probabilmente per trascuratezza del personale incaricato, illuminazione elettrica bassa soprattutto nel bagno.

la struttura nuova ed il contesto silenzioso.
la pulizia. ho trovato sacchetti dell'immondizia all'esterno di una camera adiacente svuotati dopo alcuni giorni ed addirittura sono stato incolpato di averli lasciati io. macchinetta del caffe sporca, tappettino doccia sporco, portacenere da svuotare ed una coperta polverosa. all'arrivo ho dovuto chiedere le lenzuola per il terzo letto.

Schade - es wäre der perfekte Ort. Moderne, schlichte Einrichtung und toller Pool und Liegenbereich. Super gepflegte Anlage! Sogar Fliegengitter überall.
Allerdings waren einige Dinge unerwartet schade. Es fehlte an Pflegeprodukten (Seife, Shampoo). Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Pfannen, Schüsseln für Müsli, Messbecher, Salz oder Pfeffer. Kein heisses Wasser. Allgemein eben sehr sehr mau. Keine Müllbeutel (dabei ist hier Mülltrennung Pflicht) und keine Kaffeekapseln. Die Kommunikation verlief schleppend - wenigstens Kapseln und Müllbeutel wurden uns gebracht. Allerdings wurde leider nicht nach unserer Anreise (Self Checkin) oder Befinden gefragt und Tipps gab es auch nicht - also sehr unpersönlich. Den Poolbereich konnten wir gar nicht nutzen, da es weder Liegen- noch Sitzpolster gab. Auch der "Außengrill" war eher eine unaufgeräumte Feuerstelle ohne Holz oder Kohle. Allerdings das schlimmste ist die Geräuschdämmung im Haus. Es gibt nur 3 Appartements, wir waren in der Mitte. Wir konnten -ohne Übertreibung- jedes Wort der Nachbarn verstehen! Deshalb konnten wir abends nicht vor ihnen schlafen gehen und unsere kleine Tochter war auch irritiert
