About this house rental
The house is surrounded by pine trees in a magnificent private park located in the exclusive seaside town of Platamona, from Porto Torres in the north of Sardinia, a few km and its port.
The park, perfectly maintained, also offers a security service 24h-24h
The housing part, of 90 square meters, is situated entirely on one floor with large living-room with comfortable sofa bed and LED TV, open space is a kitchen fully equipped with air conditioning, two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds and bathroom with shower and toilet.
The living room leads to a large terrace of 100 sqm with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, washing machine and dining table shaded by a gazebo, sunbathing area with loungers, swings and benches.
On the ground floor there is a private garden and fenced that covers over 300 square meters under typical pines of Sardinia, with outdoor shower, hammocks and flowering and ornamental plants.
Also on the property it is a large enclosed space to park at least two cars.
From the house, through the walkways in the private pine forest, is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach of 35 km long Platamona overlooking the island of Asinara and equipped with various Bar and Cafeteria.

This is a very beautifull vacation residence. We had a fabulous stay right in the heart of all the beautifull areas in Sardinia. The host and welcome are heartwarming. Highly recommended to stay here for a holiday. My family (girlfriend, two children 11 and 13, myself and our dog) appriciated our stay very much

La casa risponde alle caratteristiche descritte nell'annuncio ben fornita di ogni elettrodomestico e attrezzatura e con un terrazzo splendido ( parte piu' sfruttata dell'intera casa) per pasti all'aperto e riposo
Unica pecca il contesto in cui e' ubicata ( Mega quartiere/paese con una miriade di abitazioni un po' rumoroso e con parcheggio NON sempre fruibile)che non era specificato nell'annuncio
Nel complesso pero' vacanza piacevole spiaggia comoda libera non troppo affollata e mare quasi sempre bello con acqua limpida e discretamente pulita padroni gentili e disponibili e tanto relax
