The domicile is popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard.

Your villa consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed and at couch/sofa. You have access with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and parasol. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen in the living room with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, toaster, washing machine and ****** PLEASE NOTE: Refrigerator, crockery and kitchenette must be left clean before departure and rubbish must be thrown in the bins provided, otherwise up to €100.00 will be deducted from the deposit. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
