Ideally located only 15 minutes from Alghero International Airport and around 5km from stunning sandy beaches, our charming self-catering villa is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Set within 2,500m² of private gardens, the villa offers a tranquil setting away from the crowds. Relax by the swimming pool, enjoy long afternoons in the sun, or make the most of the outdoor BBQ and traditional pizza oven—perfect for alfresco dining under the stars.

The villa is arranged over two floors and designed for comfortable holiday living:
Ground Floor: Spacious lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine
First Floor:
Main double bedroom
Mansarda with two double sofa beds and a single fold-out bed
Twin bedroom with two single beds
Second bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet
Please note: access to the upper floor is via stairs through the main bedroom.
Convenient Location

Beaches: approx. 5km
Alghero town centre: short drive
Excellent year-round access via Ryanair and EasyJet
Car hire available at the airport
Privacy & Security
For added peace of mind, the property has discreet CCTV coverage of entrance points and outbuildings only. All private leisure areas—including the pool, garden, and gazebo—remain completely unrecorded to ensure your privacy.
Important Information
The villa is not suitable for guests with significant mobility or accessibility requirements
Air conditioning & solar upgrade: We have recently installed brand-new air conditioning units throughout the villa along with solar panels (April 2026). Final connection by the electricity provider (Enel) is currently in progress. While timings are outside of our control, we expect this to be completed soon. In the meantime, the villa benefits from its natural ventilation, shaded garden areas, and generally mild coastal climate.

The pool is very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t love being video-taped all the time. There were 4 video cameras on the outside tracking every movement, only sparing the pool. The bathrooms are a bit old. Everything was super clean. The person taking care onsite was super nice.

We had a great few nights here as a couple. It would easily have accommodated another couple or family. Beautiful grounds and very friendly and warm hosts. We loved this part of Sardinia and the villla was a great location for heading into town or taking a drive to several areas. Also great for just relaxing one day by the pool! The overall experience was like a cozy summer cottage and we would recommend to anyone who appreciates that rustic charm. Thank you Matt, Lizzie and Giulio!
