About this apartment rental

Seascape is located on the upper north end of the island on the Gulf side. Seascape Complex consist of two buildings 3 levels with 15 units in each building separated by a tropical courtyard. The courtyard has a hot tub, pool and a small children's pool. The spacious condos consist of 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with fully equipped kitchens and washer and dryer. Due to the South Padre Island Fire Codes the maximum capacity is 6 guest and NO pets are allowed. These Condos have a patio/balcony overlooking the courtyard. Located approximately 150 yards from the two beach access to the Gulf. Walking distance to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar, restaurants, cinema, and entertainment establishments. This condo is on the 3rd floor and is a 3rd floor walk up. MUST BE 25 Yrs OLD TO RENT HERE. Because HomeAway does not collect the 17% city and local tax, that will be due in addition at the time of check in!!!! We have no elevators at this property
