Paisaje. Comodidad Camas. Taman̈o habitaciones. Cuidado del jardin. Instalacion de piscina con cesped bien cuidada y bien equipada. Barbacoa bien equipada. Aires acondicionados potentes. El billar muy bueno. La wifi iba muy bien, puse mi chromecast y vi lo que quise en la tele como en casa. Contraventanas que cerraban muy bien y podìas estar muy a osciras. Detalles en la cocina como dejar todas las provisioned bàsicas que en muchos otros sitios no te dejan ( papel wc y cocina, aceite, .jabon lavavajillas,..., en muchos sitios o no te dejan o te dejan para uno o dos dias) Buenas toallas de todo tipo. Lavadora y lavavajillas correctos y faciles de usar Mucho menaje de cocina para hacer cualquier cosa.. La galeria preciosa, muy grande y con unas vistas geniales sobre el Duero. Tranquilidad, solo algun fitipaldi que pasaba a veces muy rápido por la carretera, sinoʻ no se oia nada los cochrs. Un monton de espacios diferentes en el jardin, paseas sin salir de casa, y nuestras perras encantadas de tener jardin que recorrer. El anfitrion estuvo atento y respondió en muy poco tiempo ante las dos o tres veces que le contacté. Se nota una preocupacion por hacer comoda y facil la estancia a los clientes. Mosquitos., era una pena no poder abrir màs, porque hizo calor y hubiera preferido ventilar y no usar aire acondicionado, porque el aire olia muy bien.afuera. Eche en falta alguna mosquitera, para no usar insecticidas. Los perros del vecindario ladran bastante por la noche. Por suerte las paredes son gruesas y en el dormitorio, con todo cerrado, no molestaba, solo algo en el comedor. No esta cerca de nada, pero en una hora u hora y media, estuvimos en Porto, Braga,, Arouca 516, Aveiro, mercadillo de Barcelos, frecha de Mizarela, ...hay que conducir al menos 10 min hasta para ir a comprar algo. Por decir algo y no dejar vacía la casilla ya que no le pongo el 10, que podŕía.

We had a super good service from Tiago/James, he helped with lots of things and was always very friendly and hospitable, very flexible. He recommended several restaurants that were excellent! A pleasure to deal with him. The house is beautifully situated with magnificent views also from the pool. The pool is great and in a very good condition, it also worked for small kids. The house is large and especially the dining room is a very nice room that makes it a pleasure to have your meals in. It is a clean house. Only the cooker hood could use some cleaning and sometimes the kitchen sink smells. Two of the three bedrooms are nice and spacious with good beds. The smallest is also a good size, but smells of humidity. The bedlinen and the towels are of good quality. The windows are good, and the blinds work perfectly for sleeping! There is actually Wi-Fi which we used.

There are no things for small kids, so you need to bring them yourself. You also need to be aware of the curvy roads in the surroundings – that goes for the entire region of course, but it makes driving more complicated if you are not used to small, curvy roads. The hot water is unstable; the hot water system needs an improvement. The furniture of the house is somehow old, maybe charming? But some chairs falling apart. The cupboards in the bedrooms have no shelves which makes them difficult to use. The lights are in general too white in our opinion. It would be nicer with softer lights, more yellowish.
