About this villa rental
The house of about 75 square meters is located in the quiet and reserved 'i Borghi' condominium, by crossing the sidewalk you can access the supermarket. It consists of a living room with kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, and a bathroom with shower. A front porch with table and chairs, nice and private private garden with built-in barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water, large communal garden with shared swimming pool with lifeguard open from 1st July to 31st August and shared tennis court. The house has air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, iron, vacuum cleaner and 2 TVs. Equipped with all comforts and bed linen, bath and kitchen. It has a closed garage where you will also find umbrellas and beaches.

Villasimius is a nice cozy town to vacation in. The apartment is very close to grocery shopping and walking distance to restaurants. The appartment had a nice small garden and access to a pool, please be aware of that is only open fåen the afternoon (16:30-20:00, extended in weekends.

L ‘appartamento è veramente carino,oltre le aspettative…dotato di tutto ciò che può servire,sia x la quotidianità che per la spiaggia….ottima accoglienza e proprietari molto disponibili! Posizione ottima! Sicuramente appartamento da consigliare per trascorrere una vacanza a Villasimius!!!

Wir sind Ende August, Anfang September 2020 da gewesen. Bruno und seine Frau Maria sind unkompliziert und äußerst freundlich. Auch Sprachbarrieren konnten wir hervorragend überbrücken.
Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Ein Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür, auch der Eurospin ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir sind abends zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte gelaufen, das lässt sich gut bewältigen. Villasimius hat uns ohnehin sehr gut gefallen.
Das Haus bietet alles für bis zu drei Personen an. Die Dusche war größer als wir gedacht haben. Abends haben wir draußen gegessen, der Blick ist sehr angenehm.
Insgesamt können wir es gut empfehlen und werden auch immer wieder gerne kommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella villetta ad agosto 2018. Si entra da un giardino dotato di una comoda doccia esterna e si accede ad una veranda con tavolo e sedie dove consumavamo tutti i nostri pasti. Da li si entra in casa, dove si presenta un ampio soggiorno-cucina, molto carino e ospitale. La cucina è dotata di tutto l'indispensabile e soprattutto della lavastoviglie, cosa molto comoda quando si è in vacanza. Al piano superiore si trovano le due camere, la matrimoniale e una più piccola, ed il bagno con doccia molto comoda. La macchina la si parcheggiava facilmente nelle vicinanze in strada, ma volendo c'era la possibilità di usufruire di un garage. La villetta è inserita in un complesso residenziale con piscina. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e i proprietari si sono dimostrati davvero simpatici e della massima disponibilità. Se in futuro torneremo a Villasimius, sicuramente questa sarà la nostra prima opzione.
