About this house rental
The house is located in a quiet residence surrounded by greenery, with tennis court, basketball court and football pitch. Private parking very close to the house. The house has a private garden with barbecue, a loggia equipped with a table for lunches and summer dinners and a lounge where you can enjoy aperitifs in relax. Inside the house there is a kitchen and a room with a double sofa bed on the ground floor and a bathroom and a double bedroom on the first floor. The nearest beach is a campus that can be reached easily on foot in just 8 minutes. Market bar and restaurant close to the residence within walking distance, town center and other beaches accessible by car or bus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für 2 Personen ist das Haus ideal. Wir haben auf einer anständigen Matratze geschlafen und das Badezimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Der Garten ist sehr schön und schattig. Da wir leider auch Regenwetter hatten, war die große überdachte Terrasse sehr von Vorteil.
Der Campus Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Einkaufen und ins Restaurant muss man ein Auto einplanen.
Francesca spricht zwar nur italienisch aber die Kommunikation war dank „online Übersetzer“ kein Problem und Francesca war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke Francesca!

We stayed in Francescas house for our longer summer holiday. Francesca was always available for questions and recommendations. In the house we found everything for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. It is very clean and nice maritime decorated. The house is big enough, the beaches you can reach by foot and the center of Villasimius in some minutes by car. There are shops and restaurants in walking distance. The area consists of several small holiday homes with parking space. Also we had some kind italian residents besides us (and improved our italian...) The garden is big enough and also offers shadow at any time you need. We can recommend the house also for a longer stay or with your family.
