The apartment, entirely located on the ground floor, features an air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen and internal dining area, one double bedroom, one single bedroom with access to the veranda, and a third room with a bunk bed. It also includes a bathroom complete with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet, as well as a laundry room with a sink and washing machine. The exterior boasts a furnished covered veranda and private parking on the street. Air conditioning and heating are ensured by 2 modern and efficient Split units, one in the living room and one in the hallway of the sleeping area. All rooms have windows or French doors. The external vegetation enhances the privacy of the covered veranda, the ideal place to enjoy your meals during the holiday. You can park one vehicle in the private parking space next to the veranda.
The AreaThe neighborhood where we are located is strictly residential; the street in front of the house is characterized by a low level of traffic, both cars and pedestrians. The center of Villasimius village is very lively and can be reached with a short walk. It's impossible to get bored in the evening, thanks to the numerous restaurants, wine bars, nightclubs, and the shopping street, Sardinian craftsmanship, and traditional food shops. The house is positioned at the right distance to have the center within walking distance yet far from noisy commercial activities. Furthermore, the neighborhood is served by the Conad supermarket and an excellent restaurant-bar, about 300 meters away. The use of a car is still recommended.
The Territory In addition to swimming, which can be done at both free beaches and equipped beach clubs on several beautiful surrounding beaches, the area offers countless possibilities for lovers of various sports: biking – boat and dinghy rentals, underwater diving activities within the Villasimius Marine Protected Area – horseback riding – shopping, and food and wine tours. We are close to all the most famous beaches in the area: Simius, Porto Giunco, Punta Molentis, and Porto Sa Ruxi are quickly reachable with short trips. The town is inhabited and provides services throughout the year. The beach shuttle is operational for certain months and connects the village to the beaches.
